WORTH IT
This was the best thing I could have done for myself! Dr. Bansal at Elite MD and his entire staff are the best! They are there for you every step of the way. Dr. Bansal's work is magic and after Lipo surgery, following his recommendations of eating properly, exercising and working on my stress levels have proven to be life changing! I am forever grateful for Dr. Bansal and his staff!

What a transformation, you look incredible and very happy! What’s the #1 piece of advice you would give to someone starting out on their journey?

My #1 piece of advice would be to NOT give up! I never thought I could lose all that weight... Total of 49lbs in 6 months. The first 2 months are REALLY hard especially if you ate as unhealthy as I did (lots of sugar, lots of alcohol, fried foods and late night eating). It will seem impossible in the beginning because you will yearn for the bad stuff... But once you make it over that "hump" you feel so much better mentally and physically
