Dr. V. Bansal's practice is exemplary. He is truly a caring, patient person who happens to be a top-notch surgeon. His entire staff is a direct reflection of his exemplary practice. From billing to pre surgery , aftercare to follow-up appointment scheduling, his staff clearly knew how to deal with me. I initially had questions and/or doubts about having a procedure done. They put them to rest easily. After having the procedure done, is where the entire staff did their best to make me feel important with answering questions, spending time with me, responding to emails, and completing necessary forms for my employer. Being in his office(s), I could see a great deal of people (men and women) that had procedure(s) done like me. They were treated just like I was, made to feel not only special, but I made the right choice in having my procedure done. Even 4 months after, I still come in for follow- up appointments. The high level of caring and service is still there. Dr. Bansal has also included dietary options as part of his practice. I currently follow these options which I believe increased my overall health. Thank you Dr. Bansal and your great staff.
