Main goal was to help with bladder leakage by tightening the inner vaginal muscles. Also to enhance sexual pleasure for myself and husband. Also had minor labia reduction as well as clitoral hood reduction. To soon after surgery to know if the sexual pleasure has been improved yet, still have a month of healing before I'm able to have intercourse. As far as the bladder leakage, it has helped. I can now sneeze and cough without having to cross my legs!!!! Lol
