I am 37 years old and i have 3 children.. my present weight is 127 and i am 5 "2. After the birth of my third child i had stretch marks and a stretched tummy. I hate having to tuck in my tummy whenever i wear jeans or cute shorts, u guys know what im talking about lol..i opted for the no drain tt because the healing rate is so much faster than the conventional way. I just got the funds to have my surgery and have not set a definite date but as of right now i am soooo soooo nervous ...ill keep u updated when it is set in stone

Thank you for sharing your story. I know the yuckiness of having to tuck in the belly skin. Right now, assuming i could get into pre-op pants, I don't have to tuck in anything and that's great ! That hasn't happened since high school. Good luck on your journey!

I have 3 kids, 5'1'' and I'm about 130 right now. also getting the drainless tt. we have a lot in common :) I have finally scheduled a date for June 10. I'll be waiting for your updates!

I hope all is well! I am from the midwest and went to Dr Pollock because of the Progressive Suture Technique. So far everything has gone great...1 week postop today!

Thats great to hear twinskin61! Unfortunately im gonna have to reschedule my surgery for next year :( but thanks for your concern .... how do u feel? Hows the pain?

Very manageable! There was only 1 day that i felt bad... Day 2 po. I was prepared for it so took my meds on schedule so just wanted to relax snooze and watch tv all of the days since i've been active driving, light shopping, relaxing! Every day lots of progress! My clothed self looks great...i hope to be in a swimsuit in 3 weeks!

You will be happy you waited. It is best to be 100% ready. I waited a long time, i think you are on the right track using Drainless with Dr. Pollock!

Pretty perfect! I went to the McKinney Pres Hospital, it was very new and everyone was awesome. Dr. Pollock took his time and fixed a suspected hernia and diastasis along with tt and lipo on flanks and outer thighs. A nurse was shocked after I was able to stand straight up right after surgery, the PS nurse told her all of Dr. P's patients can stand straight! I think Dr. P does most surgeries at the North Dallas Hospital. So since I was not staying overnight I was able to stay in the Recovery Room ( i slept) for awhile and then to the Hotel for R and R!!!

I'm two weeks post op, so I'm fresh off the table. I did the drain free and I know I'm healing at a faster rate than most. I can't provide much feedback but girl you are in safe hands. Dr. Pollock is great, patient and knowledgeable. His staff is responsive when I have questions or concerns. Do far so good. Book and share your journey...you too happymama

Okay Ladies and Gents, it's finally official! I have scheduled my surgery for June 6th!!! OMG, I am already soo sooo nervous!! I will be having lipo around my waist, MR, and TT and my PS will be using the Progressive Suture Technique :) I really hope this will be worth it. I went ahead and made an appoint with my PCP to get my own pre op test done just to give a little relief that my body will be able to handle the surgery and the anesthesia. I have so much to do before then, I know it will be here before I know it!! I guess I'm mostly scared of the after, the pain and the grueling weeks to come. Please, please wish me luck and say a little prayer for me every now and then
