Will add photos soon. I don't ever want to give bad advice or minimize or discount someone else's experience but I will share mine! Three weeks to the day after my tummy tuck (full with muscle repair) and breast lift with implant reduction I was playing tennis. I really think if you are in decent shape, have a great surgeon and take a couple weeks off you can have a relatively easy recovery! The first week the pain pills, constipation and just kinda general discomfort is tough. To me it was about the same level as an episiotomy after giving birth. Lol. Just can't quite get comfy. But after that it's been all down hill. I do feel like I still have some swelling issues. Especially after tennis- everything just feels really tight and stretched but it's minor and doable. My scar is already smooth but still red.
I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Make no apologies for feeling as awesome as you do - we all heal differently! I miss going to bootcamp where we use kettelbells but I'm a little scared that swinging a 25 pound weight will make my breasts explode (I'm sure that's a mental fear that I'll have to overcome with time). Would love to see some more after photos of how you are doing!!

There's no such thing as too easy! :) Thanks for your great updates. So glad you are on this side of things looking back now. Be careful to keep resting and not do too much too soon.
