I'm so thankful for people who post on here! I've been reading this site non stop and feel like I have a pretty good idea what to expect. I go in tomorrow at 7 am! Full TT with lipo to flanks and breast lift/revision/reduction. Old implants out and new smaller ones put in.
When I had my implants done 7 years ago I had come out of back to back pregnancies with a size B breast and a size DD breast! To fix them my ps tried to lift the "big one" with a small implant and not lift the little one and put a big implant. In a bra they look similar. Without not so much! they are HUGE! Hoping to now have around a C matching set.

Dr Pin has all MM patients stay over night with a pain pump so just now getting home! Tummy already flatter then it's probably been since high school! Pain is manageable. The first time the nurse got me up walking it was HELL. Now it's tough but once I'm up I'm fine!
Btw a little info. 41. 5'4". 145lb. I will have Pins office send me some befores but here's a couple afters.

The left required full lollipop lift. The right just slight nipple lift.
