I decided after 19 years in this mommy body it was time to reclaim at least a fragment of my youth. I interviewed several doctors and chose Dr Pin because I love the look of nearly every Breast lift/ augmentation I've seen as well as his tummy tucks. It is difficult to find a doctor that Does both really well and he fits the bill. I also appreciated that he didn't use words like "lax" "poor" "drooping" while consulting with me. I'm a realist, I understand these terms are customary in plastics but cmon, I know what I look like. Be kind to me on our first meeting!
Anyway, my surgery date is two weeks from today. I will update as I go along. Just started my Vitamedica pre surgery vitamins today. Waiting for all the stuff I ordered to come in from Amazon. I'm really concerned about a few things. Pain of course, also mobility. I'm wondering if the Breast lift and aug will make me so sore I will struggle getting in and out of bed with the tummy tuck pain. I will update soon!

Don't worry about the pain. He gives you plenty of medication both at the hospital and at home. I've been really comfortable all day.

I'm one week away from surgery date. I have ordered compression garments, a lounge chair, pajamas, and a host of other things I think I may need along the way. I will review each compression item as I wear them for anyone that may want guidance as to what is comfortable. My coworker suggested Fajas Columbianas style and swears by them. I bought two different styles, one that looks like an under breast waist cincher and another that goes mid thigh.
I began the Arnica Montana today. One thing I didn't buy was the topical arnica cream. Has anyone else used this?
I also haven't purchased a surgical bra. My ps said I will come home in one. Did anyone else buy a secondary to switch into while washing the first or did you find yourselves more comfy bra less?
This week is going to drag by I have a feeling. I am running a half marathon Sunday so at least that will help the weekend go by! I will add some before pictures within the next day or so.

I had three c section deliveries. One was vertical, the other two horizontal. This resulted in the fold that resembles an ass.
So glad you are here sharing your story! Here are some pre- and post-op tips for you. You are almost there!
