I'm a 29 year old white female and I've been a heavy anxiety sweater since puberty, when I would wear my winter coat all day in school to cover up my wet pits. I don't sweat excessively unless I'm nervous.

I was treated on a level 5 and it has reduced 95% of my sweating at this point (about 6 weeks post). I only get a little sweating when I'm really, really hot or really anxious.

The smell/odor had only been a problem for the last 2-3 years, and it got to the point where the odor in my armpits wouldn't go away even after scrubbing and using a lot of soap. I never had a cloud of odor following me around that anyone else would notice, but all my clothes would retain odors in the armpit area and the slightest bit of warmth and wetness would reactivate the smell in a clean, laundered shirt. Then I wouldn't be able to lift my arms around other people or it would waft out. This made work difficult. I couldn't point at the whiteboard in meetings, hand a paper to someone across the table, or get too close to anyone. It also harmed intimacy with my husband because I felt like I couldn't just throw my arms around him or hug him unless I had JUST showered or put on a clean dry shirt.

This is ultimately the reason I had the procedure done - I had no clothes that didn't smell in the pits and I was washing everything on hot water with detergent plus tea tree oil to kill the bacteria but that wasn't enough. I could have lived with wet pits, but not the odor.

The almost complete reduction in odor is a LIFE CHANGER! And because I'm barely, if ever, sweating, I can wear my existing clothes because, for the most part, that baked-in odor hasn't been coming out because the damp climate is no longer there.

TIPS ON PREVENTING SWELLING
The real reason I am writing this review is to advise people to buy and take lots of SWELL-X religiously in addition to icing right afterwards. It made a huge difference to me. I still had big swelling the first 48 hours, but it went away really quickly. I took more than the recommended doses of SWELL-X (3 pills in the morning and 3 at night) and when I ran out of the bottle 3 weeks after the procedure, I suddenly had more lumps and swelling. The lumps weren't there before, and they have been hard to get rid of even after I ordered more SWELL-X and have been taking it religiously.

PREVENTION of the swelling is key, so make sure you order it and have it ready before your procedure. Start taking it 24 hours in advance so it's in your system, and don't stop for at least 2 months. That's my anecdotal, amateur advice.

I googled online and there are only 1-2 places to buy it. I ordered it with free shipping for $18 a 60-count bottle

Thank you for sharing your experience with us.  I have never heard of this product but it sounds hopeful.

After 2 treatments, does it help with body odor ?

I've only had the first treatment so far. Both wetness and odor are significantly reduced, maybe down to 25%. I think I sweat like a NORMAL PERSON now - someone who still needs deodorant but isn't suffering from hyperhydrosis. It has gradually come back to that level and I plan to get the second treatment this winter. The doctor I went to charged about $1950 for treatment one and only $700 for treatment 2. If the cost had been the same for each treatment I might have stopped after 1 since I feel "normal" now. But for just $700 more I'm planning to see if I can get down to almost no sweating permanently.

Also look into Mother Dirt AO Mist if your sweat has an ammonia smell. It's like a probiotic for the skin with bacteria that converts the ammonia into something non-smelly. https://shop.motherdirt.com/product/ao-mist-2/
