I'm a 29 year old white female and I've been a heavy anxiety sweater since puberty, when I would wear my winter coat all day in school to cover up my wet pits. The real reason I am writing this review is to advise people to buy and take lots of SWELL-X religiously in addition to icing right afterwards. It made a huge difference to me. I still had big swelling the first 48 hours, but it went away really quickly. I took more than the recommended doses of SWELL-X (3 pills in the morning and 3 at night) and when I ran out of the bottle 3 weeks after the procedure, I suddenly had more lumps and swelling. The lumps weren't there before, and they have been hard to get rid of even after I ordered more SWELL-X and have been taking it religiously.PREVENTION of the swelling is key, so make sure you order it and have it ready before your procedure.
