Had a follow up today. I am ten weeks out tomorrow. I am very happy with my results. I went back to weight training Nov. 1 and added in cardio and zumba as well. I was delayed with exercise because of a broken toe. I quit wearing the CG after 6 weeks. I guess I feel occasional swelling. I went back to flying last week (I'm a Flt. Att, was out b/c of toe) I really expected to swell going back in the air but didn't seem to more than I normally do. I've continued with the bromelian. I really like anything that helps me flush out water weight. I try to push water or green tea ALL day. It truly makes a difference to rid excess toxins etc. I've been doing a lot of crunches and that seems like its tightening my tummy. I don't really feel like I have much loose skin, thank goodness. Now to get my thighs in shape. My thighs had the most bruising and swelling after surgery, they could still be a little swollen dr. said. I think if I do lipo there I would def have loose skin so I will try cardio and leg workouts first. I still love that when I sit down, I can reach down and rub my flat tummy, there is no roll over my jeans. My kangaroo pouch is gone!!! I've enjoyed all of you others, hope everyone continues to get better each day and enjoy their results! (I added pics too)

I'm just past 5 weeks post op. each week gets better. I am also adding a pic. The most noticeable to me is when i sit down, I'm not secretly reaching in my pants to tug my panties up OVER my pouch~seriously!! I can reach down and just feel a flat tummy, even when I take garment off. I'm still wearing garment. Will wear it till 6 weeks. I definitely recommend buying some NEW clothes. I've said before but it's true. Your old clothes are gonna be stretched where your fat was and you can't feel smaller till you put on something that isn't conformed to your 'old' body. My two incisions are healing nicely. One is still scabbed and one has already fallen off. I still feel numb. That's a really weird feeling. I'm back at the gym with weights. I still have to take it easy because of my broken toe still healing. But I would say I am happy with my results.

2 weeks post op and feeling really good! I was kinda bummed last weekend with swelling but this week it has gone down some each day and I'm really happy with how clothes are feeling! I'm ready to exercise but my broken toe ( i broke it one week b4 surgery) is putting a damper on that. I have not been back to work since surgery. I am a flight attendant and the toe issue is stopping me from working. But it has really given me more time to heal. The garment is not as bothersome. Probably because it is not as tight as at first. But it is still plenty tight. I just love the flat stomach and hips. I'm large breasted and always hated robes that tied at waist because It made my hips look so big. I got a new robe at soma and I LOVE that it looks normal on me!! I'm putting a few more pics up. My bruising is still there but getting better.
