40 and Fit, One Child, Stubborn Belly Fat! Full Abs and Flanks Laser Lipo

I've worked out regularly and intensely for 5 years. I'm a healthy weight and strong, but have stubborn pudge on my tummy. I'd love to blame my 15 year old daughter but it only showed up in my 30's.
I've had my pre-op and got all my meds. I've eaten extra clean and taken no meds for the past week. I go in tonight for the procedure! I'm uploading before pics and will follow up SOON!

I took my happy meds and went into surgery about a half hour later. The numbing injections felt like a flu shot. The numbing cannula that he put in pinched quite a bit but was not what I would call pain. I looked down and had a giant, distended, weird looking tummy though! I wish I had a picture of it. Then he started the lipo process. That’s probably took about 40 minutes total. I had to move around a few times so he could get at my flanks. There is no pain at all, just a weird pressure that’s tough to describe. Then I got in my binder and left.
I felt totally fine and slept totally fine with no additional pain meds. It’s the next morning now and I’m very stiff and sore. The pain is about a level 4 on the scale of 10. It certainly hurts more when I move, like I’ve been punched bunch of times. I wouldn’t have been able to go to work, but I feel fine staying home. It looks pretty ugly and swollen but I definitely see a difference. Check out the pics.

They took out over 2000 ml of fat - that’s a large bottle of soda’s worth!
