Getting there
Im now wearing the same style of garment at least 12 hrs a day...i prefer to wear it 24 although technically i only have to wear 12 per dr. I have found wearing my ab board and foams on my sides give me the best results as far as compression and keeping inflammation at bay. ....KEEP IN MIND I AM 2 MONTHS POST. STILL HEALING
Side by side
Before pic, day of
After pic less than 2 weeks post op (still very swollen)
2.7 liters of removed. Dr said that was a high amount for someone my weight

Ladies, here's a tip: shower in the AM while you are less swollen. The garments are earlier to take off=less pain. *ignore these drawers lol i don't wanna wear my good stuff yet. I am using neosporin daily, i will start using a scar sheet in about a week or so.
I think this is day 2 being total free from prescribed pain meds. I'm still a bit stiff and still sensitive and swollen of course. I'm thinking my garments (sz S) is getting too big. It keeps creasing in my waist. It keeps that area sensitive and looks darker so im guessing that's bruising.
