Getting there

WORTH IT$3,800
Im now wearing the same style of garment at least 12 hrs a day...i prefer to wear it 24 although technically i only have to wear 12 per dr. I have found wearing my ab board and foams on my sides give me the best results as far as compression and keeping inflammation at bay. ....KEEP IN MIND I AM 2 MONTHS POST. STILL HEALING

Your skin looks soft but does it feel pretty hard? My skin does. I also get lumpy too but then again I was a bad girl and only got 2 lymphatic massages.

No, its pretty soft but tender. I try my to touch it much myself because it feels so weird. Today at the post op my nurse, Debbie, felt around and discovered normal small areas of scar tissue. Its more deep than surface so i cant really see anything visually. I never massaged nor was i told to do any massages until today. Now its been recommended that i massage myself for the scar tissue and get lymph drainage massages for swelling.

I got two lymphatic drainage massages but I never felt they did any good because I don't swell very often. I sure hope I didn't screw up by not getting more of them. Anywho, you are looking great. The skin stays sensitive for weeks to come. I'm still kind of sensitive but not nearly as bad as before. It gets better slowly but surely.

Hi! U look great, I can relate to just having fat in abdomen! Did have drains put in? Also what type of Lipo did you have? I am having Vaser Liposuction in same places as you! Am looking forward to seeing my belly button again!

Ladies, here's a tip: shower in the AM while you are less swollen. The garments are earlier to take off=less pain. *ignore these drawers lol i don't wanna wear my good stuff yet. I am using neosporin daily, i will start using a scar sheet in about a week or so.
I think this is day 2 being total free from prescribed pain meds. I'm still a bit stiff and still sensitive and swollen of course. I'm thinking my garments (sz S) is getting too big. It keeps creasing in my waist. It keeps that area sensitive and looks darker so im guessing that's bruising.

Sounds like bruising as that is what I currently have. Check out Amazon.com and invest in an ab board and some lipo foam to pad the crease areas. Would hate for you to have gone this far and for your results to be ruined due to creases and indentations from your garment.

Hey thanks, I have both. I ask my nurse if i could start wearing the board, forgot to mention i had foam, after surgery. She told me to wait on it because it could cause grooves where the board does not cover...im going to go ahead and try today. These creases are so irri. Something has to give

I've been wearing mine since the first week and have had no issues with that. It'll definitely keep your stomach washboard flat tho. Good luck!!!
