“Final Results”

So as the title states these are my final results after 29 trays up top and 30 trays below. I had about a 5 month break with the same trays because of the clinic I started with. Ideal dental in Garland, TX with Dr. G(lady orthodontist) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE! I was not told what to expect for my treatment plan and to top it off the front desk girls were rude and we had a few words. When I requested to move to the ideal dental in Uptown then refused and made up a lie saying I owed $3000 on my treatment plan and needed float before I could transfer. I shut them down with my receipts and they okd the transfer. BUT the doctor locked my chart. So the Doctor at Uptown had to wait until they were done with their temper tantrum. Once I transferred to Ideal Dental in Uptown my treatment was SUPERB! Dr. Mugiato is beyond awesome and let me know what to expect and was attentive. Unfortunately I had to continue the treatment plan that was originally started by the first doctor. Once we completed the trays Dr. Mugiato and I realized Dr. G missed the mark on my treatment plan. All though I completed my trays Dr. Mugiato suggested I go in for revisions. My next appointment is in September and I will update on the number of trays I have.

Although I had a bad experience at my first clinic I will say my teeth did change. I believe if I had Dr. Mugiato in the beginning I would have been done with my treatment or at least knew where my treatment plan was going. But I’m glad I’m on the right track with a great doctor so the only way is up from here.

6 month mark

Hey y’all! So just to give a quick update my cross bite is slowly lining up and my gaps are getting smaller. I rarely have pain when I switch aligners and I actually like having the trays in. To be honest my teeth look good with them on. People constantly comment on how pretty my teeth are and I laugh to myself. The aligners do give a facade that my teeth are straight and gap free. One thing that I have noticed since my gaps started close is that my gums are weird... kinda like clay and peeling off. I guess when my gaps close the gums get pushed together and dissolve or I brush them off. Like dead gums. Idk how to explain it but it’s happening lol I’m currently on tray 19 of idk how many needed. I’m on Invisalign assist, do I get 10 trays at a time then they do an assessment after 10 to see progression and if the need to change the plan and do new impressions. 6 months down and idk how many more to go. I just want these gappy teeth closed lol have any questions? Write me! Have a good days everyone!

3:24 a.m. PLEASE KILL ME

I am dying from the pain! Before I went to bed I took a muscle relaxer to help with the discomfort. It worked...for a little while. Now it is 3 something in the morning and I'm fighting back tears from the pain. I'm dreading brushing my teeth and eating in the morning. I bought some pain maximum strength liquid for the discomfort and have applied it to my gums. Also, I have taken some hydrocodone that I had left from my breast augmentation last august(check out my review of the boobies ;)/ shameless plug I know lol but anywho the pain has gotten too real that I am desperate for relief. Glad I only have 10 trays bc I honestly feel like I cannot go on. Anyone know how I can take away this God forsaken pain? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
