I had my first baby at 19. The next 3 babies where all approximately 2 years apart back to back from 2010 to present. I nursed the last three back to back and sometimes tandem. In the end my last little one left me with breasts that don't even deserve a AA bra. It's truly sad. I have always been small and began this journey as a small 32 B. What I hate most about my current breast is when I bend over they resemble more of a cows utter lol. I have contemplated breast augmentations for years and years. I have no muscle tissue left so Silicone is what is highly suggested for me. I can't do silicone. I struggle with auto immune issues as it is. I weigh 103 and am 5' 2". I can't eat most food out there without feeling sick. I know I am taking a chance by doing the implants but at 38 I already struggle with health anyway so why not be happy with what I see in the mirror. Although I am excited to have more to play with for my husband I am doing this for me. It wasn't until Ideal implants that I got truly excited. After feelings Saline in person I can see why so many people will just go ahead and do silicone. If Ideal wasn't available I would have talked myself into it as well. They are not suggested for people with auto immune issues though.
So I am as small as a girl can get looking to go as big as I can without looking like sweet Dolly Parton. I apologize in advance for not posting [RS bleep]. I like that besides medical staff only my husband gets that privilege. But I am ok posting clothes on pics. I hope my story can help someone else make the best decision for themselves. Attached are my before pics with the top I am wearing home Thursday.
Thanks to the ladies on this site I am way more prepared today than I was planning on.
So as a stay at home mom running around after lots of little kids I struggle normally to keep a clean home.
This past week I have kept our home spotless as well as keeping all laundry at bay.
-I do one load of laundry every other day.
-I have minimized training my horses to get them use to me not being around.
-I created a drawer within arms reach for all my clothes I need the first week and put all the clothes I would want the second week on the bottom hanging rod.
-I am meal prepping tomorrow atleast 6 freezer meals and even signed up for freshly.cmm to get 12 meals shipped her for my husband to have choices to feed us. It's all gluten free and hopefully halfway decent.
-I purchased all the supplements and snacks I might need afterwards. I have already started taking a few things.
-Costco has great boxes that will also become bedroom trays while I'm stuck in bed. ;)
-I ordered my comfy bras from hanes to wear the first 6 weeks.
-I have reorganized my kids activities to a minimal for my husband the first two weeks till I'm healed up.
-I have stacks of books I have been wanting to read sitting beside my bed and a list of feel good movies ready to watch on PureFlix and Netflix. My husband is a professional pillow builder when it comes to relaxing at night so other than needing a neck pillow I am going to be good to go.

I think the one thing I have worried about most is food for my family. I have ordered from 2 different meal services both which arrive Wednesday. One is fresh grocery products and the other is completely created pop in the microwave gluten free meals. Crossing my fingers they are good. I also batch cooked Taco Meat, BBQ Chicken, and Beef Bouguiguion to freeze for easy meals. I have a pretty weak stomach as it is so I plan on living off pretzels, fruit, veggies and crackers the first few days. I have added a few pics of my stash ;) I have tried to think of everything I may need. We live away from town so it's not like my hubby can make a quick trip to the store. I have even downsized my heavy purse.

My BA is Thursday. I have held my kids out of church this weekend to avoid illnesses being brought home. Then what happens! Dance class passed a stomach bug around. All the girls up there are getting it but it's competition season so they are still going!! Well my sweet neighbor was showing signs last night at dance. She plays with my kiddos on the weekends. My 7 year old walked into my room this morning saying he wasn't feeling so well!! No no no no no. I'm about to down some black charcoal and loads of water as is he. Praying this doesn't hit me before or after the surgery.
