Breast Implant Removal ..lift and Fixing Bad Smart Lipo Job

So in my 20s I had breast implants and I loved them ..he gave me 250 to make me a large B small C.....fast forward 20 plus years and my saline implants started to leak and lose form felt real ripples ..was told it was time to change my implants ..I wanted the same Doctor but he had passed away ..His office recommended another doctor in Los Angeles...I went to see him ..I should of trusted my gut ..but my friend kept saying he was popular...I could tell he was not listening when I told him I wanted to keep same size...well not to go back over a bad experience to much..but he made cuts all the way around my nipple ..when I had no scars before he said it was to give me lift...but let's say it did nothing..and he put in a bigger implant ..I was a DD when I came out . Never go to a Beverly Hills doctor when you think everybody wants big boobs...l.hated them since day one..now fast forward..2 years ago I was diagnosed with cancer ..I was always small 5'3" and 115 lbs but after they removed my thyroid I ballooned up to 140 in a few months .. I was working out really hard to try to get it off and did not seem to be able to lose the fat around my waist now that I'm 50+ it wasn't leaving I saw an ad for a local doctor in my area that could do smart lipo with no downtime ..I know that's a lie you're down for a couple days FYI....But when I came out of the smart Lipo I noticed fairly quickly that there was a huge indentation it look like he had only suck fat in one area it was terrible. So now it's two years after all of this bad stuff and I finally decided I needed a new start ..I can't stand what my body looks like any further so I looked around and went to four different area doctors getting different opinions about what could be done I finally met Dr. Hubbard and immediately felt like he was the right choice.. so tomorrow I'm going to go get these huge breast implants out get a lift and not have any replacement implants I'm hoping I will be a size B ...he thinks I will ???????? he's going to do some lipo underneath my arms and fix my stomach and if he needs to use some of that fat to fill in my breast tissue... I'm super excited and a little nervous but I feel like this is a new chapter for me to get my old self back...I will let you know how it goes ...

Wholly mother of God ...it has taken me 5 days to post anything but here I go .. I arrived at the surgery center dr. Hubbard staff was extremely nice they set me up ..I met with the anesthesiologist who is very nice waited about 30 minutes and they took me in for my surgery from that point on I don't remember anything I don't even know how I got home. What I do remember is waking up in the most excruciating pain I've ever had ...now I've had boob jobs before but this was nothing like it they had taken some fat from underneath my armpit and my stomach to help build up my breast after they took the implants out and did a lift I was on OxyContin and muscle relaxer and my anabiotic's basically wrapped on my stomach and my breast and had tubes that had to be drained and kept in until they were under 10 mL of fluid so they could be removed ..I had to have somebody with me every minute for three days ..I cannot tell you what happened in that three days because all I did was sleep ,drink water ,P occasionally and that was it ..I was a little concerned about my r breast because one looked like the nipple was getting black but the doctor said it looked good the pictures are from the first day and my third day... my surgery was on a Monday and on Friday I finally hardly any fluid coming into the tubes so I was able to go to the doctor and have them remove them... that alone made a huge difference in how I felt. After talking to the nurse she said the lipo portion is probably why I felt so bad. Basically felt like I got hit by a truck. That was the first day I moved around a lot and when I got home on Friday I had a huge headache we call the doctor and he determined I haven't had coffee in five days and probably had a bad coffee headache since I didn't take any OxyContin that day. Today is day six I actually took a shower..i'm feeling much better but taking a shower wiped me out and I'm back in bed relaxing catching up on my email and catching a zzzz in between.. I will post more pictures tomorrow...

Was up doing things around house... small stuff..got alittle wiped after about 4 hours and needed nap haha..old age or surgery who knows ..I sent some pics to Julie she always answers right away making sure everything was going along fine and also asking if I could put my arms up over my head because my last appointment I think I was still too groggy to remember what they said. Still progressing.. I know it looks gross but it's only been a week
