Losing shape and volume rapidly 2 years after PS removed large amount of fat from face.

You really do need to see a different, more qualified surgeon. Your results are very disturbing. You are a very pretty woman!

I am having a revision this month. I am very nervous, but it's something I need to do for myself, because my face just continues to deteriorate due to the excessive defatting Katz did.

Please rate this doctor and warn others. He has a 5 star rating on Real Self but your results are anything but 5 stars. I hope you find a qualified doctor to do a revision.

I am so sorry you've had this experience. I have seen several other ladies on Real Self who've also had buccal fat extractions that went poorly. One who subsequently had a revision was really pleased with the results. I'll be praying that your outcome is wonderful - you deserve it after all you've been through. And judging by your photos, you are already lovely!

Dr warren Katz ruined my Face
Katz took large amount of subcutaneous fat out of my face and now my skin is very loose and sagging!

I am so confused as to why that large bump appeared on your face so long after the procedure. That is scary. What is even scarier is the "sculpted look" he gave you. You are still beautiful and I hope you are able to find a competent PS to fix this.

I see the small dent but that should be easliy fixed with a fat graft. Also the removal of the fat from the lower face might look good with a revisionary facelift. Dr. Stuzin in Florida does revision facelifts. There are other I could recommend if you are interested. I agree with the other poster you are still beautiful! Hugs.

My recommendation for you would be to find a very experienced facial only plastic surgeon. My recent facelift was performed by Dr. Mark Glasgold, Highland Park, NJ. He does have a good reputation. He does deep plane facelifts which are suppose to be better for revisions.
