Three Treatments So Far

I've had three treatments so far. They really wanted me to go twice a week if not more because she said, "it works fast"??? I was able to go twice last week but this week I will go this Friday only and then my last one will be sometime next week. Honestly, I dread going because it hurts. It's only for 15 minutes but the constant "kneading" over and over in the same place for a few minutes tends to hurt after awhile. The tech is real nice but I don't know if this is going to be worth it.

Hmmm!

Ok, I have pictures. I took these after the first visit but I promise you nothing changed.

I'm 48 and hating my thighs with all the dimples...

I'm 48 and hating my thighs with all the dimples and grooves. I'm going to Cancun in October so.....yes, I want to look nice! Groupon offered a reduction in price and after researching, I chose Endermologie. I had my first appointment and all I did was fill out a sheet of my "problem" areas and then the tech took me into a small suite and wanted to examine my legs. She said yes, that she could work on it and did warn me that it usually takes about 8 to 9 treatments to see good results. I bought a package of 5. She then tells me to take my clothes off except bra and put on this thin, thin body suit. It's so that the vacuum can suck up on my skin (pulling fat cells closer to the surface) and the roller with bumps on will roll over the areas being treated. Imagine someone rolling a rolling pin with hard bumps on it over your body. I laid on my back first and she starts with my left front thigh first. Rolling up and down, up and down for about 2 minutes. She then tells me to position my leg in a different position to get to the inner part of my thigh and does it for about 2 minutes. She does the same thing on my other leg. I then turn over and she does the back side and up along my hips. Now, I'll be honest, it did hurt somewhat. I usually have a pretty good pain tolerance but over and over on one spot does tend to get uncomfortable. She noticed at one point my facial expression and asked if it was hurting and that she could turn it down some. Duh?? I didn't know that was an option. LoL She said that I will be tender as if I had worked out for the first time. If I find it really painful then, to soak in Epson salt at night. It doesn't hurt that much but I do notice tenderness. The tenderness feels like getting a shot of antibiotic in the hip from the nurse, that "soreness". I've had two treatments and nothing yet of course. But would love to see good results after my last one since I will not be able to keep it up. I will post pictures of before and after.
