I'm ready to kill this stomach and get a new one! Excited because my sister is having a BBL in Miami now. I too want to my some adjustments. TT, lipo to my back flanks and my love handles. Deciding on a doctor has me stuck. Comparing procedure pricing, travel, and supplies. I really like the way that Dr. Meade (Texas) does the TT and I also love Yily because of the amazing body sculpting. What shall I do?

It's official; Dr. Salas of Vanity-Miami is my guy! My deposit is paid and my package is on it's way. I'm very excited about the change that will soon take place. Now I gotta try and lose like 30lbs in 8 mos.... Help me out RS family, if you know of some weight loss tricks.....

I've made my decision and it Dr.Raphael Salas of Vanity in Miami... half paid and half to go. ?
I've decided to get an early start on my labs so that if needed, I'll have plenty of time to make any corrections. I tried the Paleo plan but stopped. Grilled and bake are my two new besties! No more bread, pasta and potatos

Is Dr. Salas new at Vanity? I haven't read any patient reviews or seen any before after pics. I only see Fisher, Hasan, and McAdoo...do you know someone who went to Salas? Just curious
