One week to go ladies. Dr. McAdoo here I come.
I started my vitamin c pills Monday. I hear that they help with healing. Stopping the smoking has been the hardest for me but I'm doing my best so far .
My consultant has been pleasant. She calls and sends me email weekly. I just hope she says employed! I've gone through several consultants. I haven't met Dr. McAdoo but he called me. I requested to speak with him personally. I was impressed with his phone presents and customer service. We shared some laughs and excited to met him in person. Well the time is near and it won't be long now. I'm going to get my test done today and results will be ready tomorrow. Then Tuesday I will be on a plane to enhance my figure.
Pre op is on the 19th. I'll keep y'all updated! Say a prayer for me

I'm Excited!
I'll be headed to Miami in Feb. for my TT, and liposculpture. Yeahhhhh! Vanity Cosmetics has made me comfortable in my decision and planning process. I just keep thinking about this whole healing process; geesh! Anyway- I'm taking b12 shots to keep the energy up and vitamins flowing. This week I starting taking pre-natal vitamins.
I want to go ahead and get my undergarment, but I'm not sure of what size to get. Any other advise?
I have to quit smoking. This will be my biggest challenge in my journey. Someone help me please and tell me how to quit!

I'm getting there. I stopped smoking for two days and then yesterday- I bought a pack. Geesh! I will stop tho- that's for certain.

You gotta girl your healing depends on it also some won't do surgery if you still smoking too much of a risk. I'm rooting for you girl and I can't wait for your transformation. Keep posting doll.

I've made my decision and it Dr.Raphael Salas of Vanity in Miami... half paid and half to go. ?
I've decided to get an early start on my labs so that if needed, I'll have plenty of time to make any corrections. I tried the Paleo plan but stopped. Grilled and bake are my two new besties! No more bread, pasta and potatos

Is Dr. Salas new at Vanity? I haven't read any patient reviews or seen any before after pics. I only see Fisher, Hasan, and McAdoo...do you know someone who went to Salas? Just curious
