Response from Crystal Braces On Mold impressions Update Request

I called their number again yesterday and no one answered (I did not leave a message based on other comments on Facebook about how they never call back). I decided to click on the "ask specialist" link on their website which of course the live session was offline. So I left the detailed message:
" My mold impressions were received by you three weeks ago and I immediately emailed you to find out if they were good impressions but no one has replied. I want an update on my file, i need to know what the next step is and what is the status of my impressions as of now.

to which a lady replied:

"Hello Good Morning,

Could you please verify your account information I would need full name,DOB, and email associated with account."
I then replied with my information and I received this message from them about 10 minutes ago:
" Hello Good Morning,


At this time we have not received anything from you I waited to receive last shipment from yesterday to check if your package was there but no it wasn't. "

and I just replied this:
"I have confirmation that it was received on July 23rd. at 9:44AM. The address I sent it to was Crystal Braces 2633 McKinney Ave Ste. 130-528 Dallas, TX 75204 which was sent and delivered to that address correctly and my return address on the package is (valerie Beauchamp 5370 Canotek Rd, Unit 33 Ottawa, Ontario K1J 9E9). This is unacceptable on your part! I had even included my order number on a piece of paper with my name inside the box with my molds. I have confirmation both form my local post office and from USPS that it has been delivered to your address correctly and has been confirmed. Please look again for my package as it has been delivered almost three weeks ago to your head office."

Firstly I am completely shocked that they claim they have not received my package. That is a complete lie! Second, I sent it to their address listed on their website, exactly as written! And third, both Canada Post and USPS are confirming that it was delivered successfully to that exact zip code! I am beyond mad at this point! They wait three weeks before informing me that they haven't received my impressions? I even put a little paper inside the box containing my molds with my full name and order# written on it to ensure to wouldn't mix mine with someone else's and they have the nerve to tell me they never received my package.. I am not even sure what to do beyond this point. But so far, please if anyone is thinking of this company please run and don't even consider them as a good company. This has scam written all over it!!!

After debating whether I should get Invisalign, I searched a cheaper alternative that would solve my crowding and spacing issues on my teeth. I initially came across smilecareclub which I applied for but for unknown reason they rejected me. Which made me discover Crystal Braces. I emailed them right after ordering my teeth impression kit to make sure that they wouldn't reject me because of my overbite as this wasn't a main issue I was trying to fix. They responded a week and two days later (July 5th) and reassured me that I would be a great candidate for Crystal Braces. Feeling reassured, I waited patiently for my impression kit but after a week after the order date, I called them (on July 3rd) because I had not received any shipping confirmation of my kit yet. I spoke to a very friendly gentleman on the phone who reassured me that the kit was getting shipped soon and that they were having delays because of the heavy rain (and flooding) in the area. I received shipping confirmation that same day. I received my kit on July 16th (I live in Canada and needed a third party shipping agent to transfer my package to Canada as Crystal Braces did not ship here). I did my impressions and confirmed they were good quality impressions as shown in the instructions. I shipped them back on July 17th which they received on July23rd. I received confirmation of delivery by my post office to ensure they indeed received them. I waited a week and on July 28th I emailed them to inquire about the next step in this process, I asked if my impressions were good and what the status of my impressions were. As of August 10th, I have yet to receive a reply from them. On Friday Aug 7th, I called them at 1:24pm and got an answering machine which I did not leave a message. I am still waiting for a reply and will update as I get more updates. So far, I cannot judge my experience as bad(as of yet) although their customer service is almost non-existent. I feel sorry for all the bad reviews they currently have, especially comments left on their Facebook page and the lack of recent activity scares me a little but I would like to give them the benefit of doubt and share my experience with other current or potential customers so they can make their own decisions about this company. I look forward to continuing this process but I would wish a more professional interaction between the company and its customers.
