I am 33 years old and have breast fed 4 babies. I was in need of inflating my breasts back up and chose Dr Meade to be my plastic surgeon. There was no question in my mind after I left my first consultation, that his recommendation for "fixing" my breasts was the right one. I loved that he knew the latest techniques in lifts & types of implants. To me, he was the most knowledgable PS I had met with and made me feel the most confident in the fact he was going to do the best job for MY needs. He preformed a benelli lift on both breasts, and implanted an anatomical 370cc silicone implant. I trusted in his recommendation and I could not be happier that I did. Had I gone with the other PS's recommendation of just an implant with no lift or benelli lift, I believe I would have been very unhappy with my results. The anatomical implant gave me a very natural look, and my nipples are a beautiful size, with no scarring, or sensation damage. My breasts look absolutely beautiful, and I feel so thankful to have my beautiful breasts back after 4 kids.

My doctor, his staff, & the surgery center staff were all excellent! Very educated & supportive people that made me very confident in my decision & made it as painless as possible. I had almost no pain within the few days after my surgery & was off all pain meds and taking care of my kids again solo after 3 days. I was lifting my 13 month old baby after one week.
