I'm new to this site need some help and opinion. I have always wanted to do BA w/a lift had saggy boobs. So I took this big step I did a B/A with a lift not that happy I see them still saggy just bigger I had 475cc moderate profile gummy bear .. I will post some after and now pic so you can give me opinion...

Is been a month that I had under the muscle B/A with a lift and I think they still saggy and also I don't think the implant has drop..tomorrow I have a doctor appt for another OP let's see what they tell me will keep you updates ..

I think they look great:) one month is early as they say from others I have not had mine done yet but I heard it takes awhile.

Yes I have heard it does take at least 6 to 8 week to drop and like 3 month to see more Better result I guess I'm so impatience since I have see si many reviews and after and before pic and 5 week or so they look awsome...but maybe is just me you know how we women are..

If not mistaking is call the lollipop the one they do around your nipple and straight down...

Thank you Victoria6043 my left boob look more down my right boob look no upper.I don't think I have drop but sure will ask tomorrow when I go se my surgeon.which I heard as well that one is always bigger than the other and also one always hurts than the other as well..

Dr Appoitment today
Hi lady's went to my dr appt. Today and everything went great. My Dr. Answer some concerns I had and gave me more hope . He also said that is to early to see some result that to give it more time,I also ask him if I had drop and of course nope and even it haven't drop I felt more relax because once I drop I should see better result so I think everything is good to be good .. He also said if for any reason I'm unhappy he be more glad to do a revision but I hope that's not the case when he was explaining to me once I drop how my girls are going to look I saw him very confedinet and I like that .. My husband thinks they looking great to be calm and wait everybody heals differently so I decided to stay positive ..

What type lift did you have? I had my surgery about the same time you did. I'm almost 6 weeks out. I had an anchor lift. I feel like my before is similar to yours. It seems like I had a lot of skin removed. I didn't want a lift especially not an anchor lift but my dr said it was the only way to correct my saggy breast. Good news is if you decide on a revision it will only be more of a lift you already have the implants. I have read the BA/lift combo is very tricky to get right the first time and there is a 25% chance of a needed revision. Keep us posted :) you look great.

Oh you know what I'm sorry i didn't realize all of your pics were post surgery, that's why they didn't look different. I have seen some who only get implants with no lift and once the implant drops it looks like they had a lift also.
