Dr. Godat has become an expert at the "Internal Bra" and I swear by it! I have very large implants and over the years they have started to drop. I visited other doctors and they said I either needed a lift or to deal with it. Dr. Godat, on the other hand, recommended using this biologic material that holds my breasts up, exactly where I want them, and without a bra! I couldn't be happier. It's a little costly, but worth every penny in the end.
