After 2 years of saving up from my previous procedure, I opted to have a 2-stage revision. The implants were hanging off into my armpits, sagging down on my stomach, and causing extreme neck pain due to the oppressive weight. Clothes and bras were impossible to find, my ability to exercise and feel good about myself was practically nonexistant. Stage 1 was a capsuleectomy, total removal of the implant and scar tissue. Stage 2 will be a new augmentation, done under the muscle to create a natural look and counteract the "falling into armpits" effect.

I wish you the best I luck and hope you have good results with your revision. I just wanted to say though, I have implants under the muscle and I do have the "falling into armpit" issue and they're too far apart as well. I'm not sure just being under muscle fixes this. You may want to discuss this with our PS. I feel like my muscles actually push against my implants and make them go far apart, especially if I lift or do anything involving my chest muscles. :/

He said he could fix it better under the muscle. Let's hope, because now I have even less breast tissue than before I started. 100% flat, like an A now.

Well that's good. At least he is aware of your desired result and concerns. Your comment about bra sizes is so true. I only wanted to become a large B/small C. I have 315 cc implants and I'm a 32D-32DD! I hope all your knowledge on that helps you and your PS make the best choice for you so you won't have to do this again. Good luck!:)

You look good ! Aren't you afraid to have the same problems if you reimplant again ? I used to have implants under the muscle, and they were making a squeaking noise on my rib cage, each time I wanted to exercise. I don't know what is the best between under/over the muscle, smooth/textured implants (my doctor in France told me that textured implants were supposed to minimize the risk of capsular contracture but on the other hand might be linked to anaplastic large cell lymphoma). I wish you the best for the future ! Ask to your surgeon about the pros and cons. Do not hesitate to ask several doctors. Take care.

This is what I had, and everything about 400 cc's on a tiny frame is NOT GOOD. They were so far apart, they basically were sitting in my armpits. Do not let anyone talk you into subglandulars.

Your boobs should not be this round and this far apart from one another. Nor this heavy!
