15 days post op

I am still feeling great and at around day 10 I really felt like I turned a corner and felt like I was completely back to normal. The only time I feel anything is first thing in the morning when I sit up and they sort of settle into place. I went back to running today and felt great! The nurse suggesting wearing a bra one size too small or wearing two bras for extra support, so I wore one I had before surgery and felt fine. I will try to post some photos in clothes too. I feel like they look completely normal in clothes. I have only been wearing bras with generic sizes (I'm wearing a large) so far but I really think I'm going to land at a D or full C which is exactly what I was hoping for! I started at a barely B. I am so pleased at how they have settled already and I have no swelling or tenderness at all anymore. The incisions look great so far too. My husband thinks they look perfect on my frame and is very impressed by my surgeon - me too!

One week post op

A little different post than the previous ones - this is the first day I have felt really any discomfort at all. I woke up super sore and tight and had a headache and fatigue and some nausea today. Honestly I think I am run down from doing so much in the first week!! I have felt so good every single day and have been doing all my normal activities (except exercise) since day one. And I think it caught up to me! I took one Advil (otc) and got a shower and I feel a lot better. I laid down for about an hour today too. I have twin 4 year olds and we are a highly active family! My husband reminded me that surgery is traumatic to the body and I need to slow down and rest more. I will try to do that (it's hard when you feel good to remember!!). Overall I am still very pleased with an exceptional recovery period and the look of my breasts. I included photos from today and one comparison from day one to today.

Post op Day 4

Still feeling great - more energy each day. Yesterday I ran errands all morning and came home and took a half hour nap. At the end of the day I did feel very exhausted, but still no pain. Honestly the most uncomfortable part of this whole thing has been the constipation! Lol! Still have some very minor tenderness at the incision that I feel mostly first thing in the morning when I am just getting out of bed and again at the end of the night when I'm retiring for the day. I don't have much visible swelling at all. I believe staying super hydrated and active has been a huge part of that. I can see the implants taking shape nicely and rounding out on the bottom.
