My desire for this was because I wanted to be able to fit a bikini top good and not worry so much about buying push up bras.
There's not a better feeling out there than being real confident about yourself :)
Sometimes we think twice about weather or not go through surgery but at the end it's all worth it!!! :)

It would be great if you could give us a little more detail about your experience, like why you had the surgery, your tips for getting good results, pros/cons, and info on the recovery process.
