Before having my daughter, I was a full 34 B....

Before having my daughter, I was a full 34 B. During and after pregnancy, I grew to a very full 36DD. My breasts were very perky and rounded at the top, so they basically looked fake. They had a wonderful shape to them. After 16 months, I stopped breast feeding and they lost their fullness, firmness and the skin's elasticity. The bottom of my breasts fit a 34 C but the top part didn't quite fill the bra. When I tried on a B, it wasn't wide enough at the base and looked funny, but would be filled.
After waiting a year for them to go down completely, I decided on breast augmentation. The shape of the pocket had maintained very well after the loss of volume, and they didn't sag or have many noticeable stretch marks because I had applied cocoa butter and Vaseline constantly to them while they were going down.
I consulted a few friends in the Dallas area and decided on Dr Whetstone after seeing his shaped implant work. My girlfriend went from a double A with no previous breast tissue, to a 36DD with the shaped high profile silicone implant. Being such a dramatic transformation, I was able to see the full capacity of Dr Whetstone's work. I was looking for ripples, since they are common with women who have no natural breast tissue beforehand, and saw none. I also noted a very smooth ascension from the neckline to the breast nipple, and that the slope of the implant was virtually undetectable. The light did not give any hint of a shadow from the top of the breast, which normally indicates the presence of implants. And for someone with no natural breast tissue, the shape and size both looked unbelievably real(she was a medium athletic build, tall and wide frame). This kind of patient was an excellent example of this doctor's artistic versatility. If he could make her look real, I was certain that mine would be perfect.
I didn't want anything that looked fake, I simply wanted just enough to put back in the pocket so that their natural shape would be enhanced. I based my decision off the way they looked when I was breast feeding. I am 5'4 and petite, so when they were lactating, they reached a size that, while attractive in shape (which was a very full teardrop), were not proportionate with my body. I did not want to be that big again and have to deal with all the stares associated with large breasts on a small frame.
At the consultation, I tried on various sizes and shapes. He said I had a very pretty shape and that any implant would look good, but I insisted on the shaped ones. I had the surgery a week after the consultation, and ended up with 300cc on the left and 240cc on the right, with incisions made under the breast. At post op, he removed a stitch and said he was very happy with his work, and gave me a coupon for a free skin treatment. My recovery took about three weeks, and the pain was worst during the first 2 weeks.
I am happy to say, that nearly a year after the surgery, my breasts are both even, a beautiful shape, and the perfect size (34D/32DD).
I would recommend him to anyone looking for perfection.

Dr Whetstone is very experienced and knowledgable. He made the whole experience comfortable from the consult to the post op. He cracked jokes and seemed a very down to earth, friendly person.
