I am 5'7, 170 lbs, and I did 560cc silicon. Mine are only a week and a half old so I am sure they still have some swelling and will come down a little bit more but so far I am all smiles!

I think at a week and half most of the swelling goes down? I'm not to sure cause I just got might done too, but I think you have those gorgeous big vavavoom boobies for life ;) they are beautiful sweetie! Looking forward to updates.

i love your results.. im not hating on you or anything but the nipples are sitting way too low like they are sagging....the nipples shld be sitting higher

Because I lost so much weight I had saggy boobs in the first place. The DR. also recommended a lift, but since I haven't had children yet it was too premature to do a lift. So it's agreed that they are lower than what they should be, but it will have to be something that's addressed after I have children.

I wanted something natural to my body type, I have broad shoulders. I have received some negative comments on here which is just mind blowing to me because my DR did exactly what I wanted. In little pain, still wearing my bra 24/7. Appointment with my DR is on Thursdsy for a follow up. I feel good!! Swelling is starting to go down....
