2 Month Update!!

Wow 2 months already and I am looking GREAT!! Dr Hubbard is a magician. I can't believe I look this good at 2 months!!! I've been getting my massages here and there whenever I have swelling in my lower back. I still wear my compression garment and backboard, an board and foam pads 14-24 hrs a day. I went out of town and went without compression for 2 days and I will NEVER do that again. I was swollen and in so much pain.... but I still looked amazing. Here's a few update pics.
I've been eating better a lot healthier (more protein, greens and water) as well as working out 4-5 times a week. Nothing to crazy except when it comes to my legs. I've been using weights and resistance bands to build up my hips. So far they're looking good. I think with Dr Hubbard's amazing work and if I continue to dedicate myself to a healthy life style. I'll be at my target look in no time with no extra surgery needed. Sorry I keep looking at myself in the mirror as I write this.... damn I'm fine.

1 month Post Op!!
Okay so I had my one month post op and can I just say, Dr. Hubbard is such a nice caring Dr! I can't believe how much my body hairs changed in ONE MONTH!! He's kind, caring and compassionate and I'm SO HAPPY I CHOSE HIM!
Everything is progressing nicely. I still have swelling in my sides and lower back (very bad swelling.) Dr. Hubbard said I should really see my results at 3 months. He gave me the go ahead to ft back to the gym. Nothing to crazy. But I've been working out my glutes, jogging, and hips trying to bulk them up naturally.
I told Dr. Hubbard I wanted to fix my bra rolls and he told me to be patient once I find so shaping, he thinks I'm going to like the way I shape up.
Due to my masseuse cancelling and me having issues with my schedule I haven't had a massage in nearly 2 weeks. And I FEEL HORRIBLE. My lower back is so hard and tender to the touch. I've been giving myself massages but at night the swelling gets so bad I can't sleep and am so uncomfortable.
Also idk what's going on with my appetite but I'm CONSTANTLY HUNGRY but I get full so fast.
