It's been 7 months now and I'm so happy with my results and very glad I did it. I finally went bra shopping and got some new bras. VS bras no longer fit and I've been wearing bandeau tops and stretchy bras. Time to get some real ones, although I love not having to wear a strapless bra! I went and got measured at a 32G in most brands I tried on. That's sounds enormous but it doesn't seem like it. The bra shop I went to carries a huge selection of bras in all different sizes and having sales ladies that know what they are doing made it a fun experience.

Incisions at 6 weeks and 3 days
I am doing really well and feel back to normal except for a few upper body exercises. I've been working out and pretty much back to my normal life minus the push up bras lol. I'm totally happy I did it and absolutely love my boobs. They are soft, dropped, full and bouncy!!

You look great!! Since you are back to working out, how is it doing push ups?
Not fun. It's not exactly painful, but very uncomfortable. I've read that too much chest work can push implants to the sides so I'm planning on avoiding it for a while longer. I feel like my boobs are a great investment and don't want to risk them spreading on me. I'm not doing any pec specific work for a while.

I'm just over 3months and still can't do normal push-ups feels so uncomfortable! My arms feels so week

I think I've decided I can live without them. Those and pull ups. I ran masters track and my coach loved both. I don't miss them and I seem to be doing just fine without them lol!!
Maybe just some small hand weights hon x

Thank you Tinka! They were lumpy for so long I was worried they wouldn't smooth out! They are coming along perfectly. I've been so busy I haven't been on here much :/

I agree! That's what I worried about a lot before surgery. I didn't want Frankenstein scars. I've seen some that are half an inch wide and 3inches long. But cutting around my nipple FREAKED me out. I seriously couldn't have asked for better! I put tape over them when I tanned and couldn't feel them lol. I had to look in the mirror

There's a slight difference but no one will notice unless up point it out and they prob still won't notice. I have the same difference. Everyone has some type of asymmetry and having a BA just makes it more noticeable. My difference have actually swapped roles. The left used to be bigger and lower, now the right is
I'm sure I'm my own worst critic lol. They're still changing but I see them everyday and don't notice as much

Hi hon went for my 1 week check up today and Nichole was so impressed with my healing and doing what I'm told that I'm ready for sex lol and a whole lot of massaging to drop these girls lol xx I feel great apart from my husband getting jelouse at anyone that looks at me x more than usual x and I hate that as it makes him grumpy and shitty towards me and I refuse to let his [RS bleep] get to me anymore x I got my girls take ur shirty grumpiness somewhere else buster lol lol xx how u feeling hon xcx
