Breast Augmentation - Excellent Experience & Great Results - Dallas, TX

I have been an athlete all my life - swimming, softball, volleyball and track & field. I was never "blessed" with breasts. I've always been a smaller "A" cup and had tossed around the idea of having breast augmentation done for a while.

After my initial consultation with Cecilia and Dr. Weider I was confident in my decision to have Dr. Weider perform my surgery. They spent over an hour with me discussing the differences between saline and silicone, but never pushing me toward one or the other. We discussed my goals and the "look" I was going for and how the procedure would go and what to expect during recovery. They listened and understood my want to go up to a cup size that looked natural and proportional to my body. They had me try on a bra and "stuff" it with saline implants filled with different cc's to see what I was comfortable with and what size I wanted to be.

We ended up deciding on saline implants that measured a full "C," small "D" cup for me (which translated into their cc measurements that they used). My husband was unable to come to this initial consultation with me, so they said that I could bring him back any time before the surgery and they would go through it all again to show him and answer any questions that he may have.

Once the time for surgery came around, I had one more pre-op visit with Cecilia and Dr. Weider where they went over what I needed to do to prep for surgery - medications to avoid, no water the night before/morning of, etc. Their anesthesiologist called me the night before surgery to make sure that I wasn't nervous and to answer any questions that I had. The morning of surgery my husband dropped me off and waited with me until they put me to sleep (sidenote: they have an in-house operating room). My mother came to pick me up a few hours later (I had my surgery on a Thursday and my husband couldn't take any time off).

I had a follow-up visit the very next day with Dr. Weider and Cecilia and they made sure that I was okay and had all of the post-op medications that I needed and were very thorough with my husband, mother and I on what needed to be done during my first 2 weeks of recovery. Dr. Weider had a 24-hour pager number that was available to call should I have needed anything. I'm currently 2 months post-op and feel great and love the results. I feel more confident, clothes fit better, my breasts look and feel natural and I haven't run into any issues.
