Absolutely love Dr. Pin-- he was very personable & took the time to understand what I was looking to accomplish through the surgery. He was also realistic in what was possible for my specific body type. The staff a this office was wonderful--they answered my questions & didn't seem bothered by my million phone calls. The wait time for my first appointment was a bit much (45 minutes behind schedule, but I was very pleased that Dr Pin took time to talk to me & didn't appear to be rushed.) My surgery was a wonderful experience-- staff at Surgicare was great. I appreciated the follow up phone call from my recovery nurse. My second appointment at Dr Pin's office (1st post-op) was on time & the staff was also very accommodating to provide my 3 & 2 year olds with children's books & stickers.
