Hi Realself!!!
I like many others have been stalking this site for about 2 months now. My pre-op is tomorrow so I thought I would do the right thing and pay it forward. I honestly wouldn't be in the mental space that I am if it wasn't for the other BA patients post. Because of you guys I am ready and not nervous. I went for my initial consult with Dr. Godat last Monday (6/8/15). He was first and only choice based on the reviews of this site and a recommendation. He took his time with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. Meeting him truly put my heart at ease. He has an impeccable track record and I'm super excited to have come into contact with him.
My stats: 5'6" mother of 1 breastfed child 130lbs 34 b. While i was pregnant and breast feeding I got up to a full C sometimes D. This is the look I want back. I am thinking we are going with the Natrelle Silicone HP 375 or 400 Ccs under the muscle with a breast fold incision. Dr. Today will also be removing the skin growth under my left breast that I got as a young girl wearing underwire bras with no boobs. The skin tag doubled in size while I was pregnant.
Following my pre-op tomorrow I will provide additional updates! So excited Realself family!

Pre Op appointment update
Today was my pre op with the worlds best nurse Laura and Dr. Godat. They both are phenomenal and thorough. Based on the look I'm trying to achieve Dr. Godat suggested I consider 400 or 425 ccs. Per his suggestion and the look of the testers, I decided on the 400 cc HP. The surgery date was pushed to Sat rather than Friday. Other than that, all is great and I'm super excited!

I feel great actually! Thanks so much for asking! So far I'm not anxious or jittery... I'm just really looking forward to 9am lol. Very very calm (almost scary). My husband is on pins and 10xs more nervous than I am. He stole my nerves lol.
