The reason I got a breast augmentation is because I've always wanted bigger boobs while I was growing up. I thought if I got a boob job everyone would think I wasn't "natural" or authentic. When I stopped and realized this was for me, the doctor and I decided to go with under the muscle 405 cc silicone because they will be bigger yet still look natural. One Week Post Op

So I went to my first week post op appointment and I've gotta admit I was kind of nervous. Not because I didn't think I was healing well just because I over did it on Thursday before the appointment and one of the doctors that I called on told me i looked pale in the face. Yet needless to say my doctor said my boobs were healing great and to make sure I am resting as much as I can since my boobs are looking really well post op and he doesn't want me to develop a hematoma. So therefore back in bed I went trying to rest up the entire weekend before its work work work work.

Wishing you continued happy healing. What profile did you go for and what height? Also could you share your stats before BWD and cup size? I'm having 310cc FM Natralle 410 on 3rd August. Really can't wait, just want it to be over so I can start the healing process.

New to the whole commenting thing on Real Self. I'm 5'10, 135lb I got moderate plus profile with silicone implants 400cc. Looks like your surgery was today and I Really hope it went well which I'm sure it did! Can't wait to see your process!

Hi thank you. It went really well. I'm only one day out but am not in any pain. I ended up with 335cc 410 Natrelle anatomical full height full profile. This morning feel ok tight and sore gym sore but nothing unbearable. Have not taken any narcotics for pain. I went out for dinner day of surgery. And today have plans to get pedicure, post op appointment and little bit of shopping. Nothing strenuous.

I got silicone moderate plus 400cc implants. I'm about 5'10 135. The doctor told me I have a swimmers body because of how broad my shoulders are. I hope your surgery went well today!
It definitely can't hurt to take it easy whenever you can the first several weeks post op even if you feel good. Your body is still healing and surgery can take a lot out of you. Will you be sharing your procedure with your work colleagues?
