WORTH IT$7,000
I am 22 years old and I don't have any kids. I have always been smaller chested and I would like to have a breast augmentation to reach a full 34 D. Hopefully it will look good on my body. I have a consultation booked with Dr. Bradley A. Hubbard on Monday July 3rd and I am more than excited! I am going to do the 3D imaging to see the potential outcomes. Attached are some goal pictures :)

Consultation
So on July 10th I went to my consultation. I really didn't know what to expect going in so I read so many reviews on real self. Most of the reviews seemed so simple ad straight to the point that I feel like I was still unprepared going in. I was wrong about that! The consultation was so much easier and more basic than I expected. Dr. Hubbard's staff members were warm, inviting, and friendly. I checked in at the front desk and was walked to the waiting room. After waiting for my turn I was walked to one of the rooms and a nurse handed me a robe for me to change into. Once I was changed we walked to a small room filled with box lights and a camera. This is where we took the before pictures (left side, right side, front, slightly turned right, and slightly turned left). I was made to feel very comfortable during this whole process. We walked back to the original room and I waited for Dr. Hubbard. When he came into the room he, just like his staff, was very friendly. The way he presented himself seemed to be very confident and straight forward. He gave me so much information and wanted me to ask any question that I could think of. He told me about his practice, how much time the surgery would take, what recovery would be like, and about the different types of implants along with their safety. After that it was time to play with different sizes. He took measurements of my breasts and examined the amount of breast tissue I have. Then I put on a sports bra and we tried seeing which size is good for my body. For the implants I think we decided on about 400-415 cc, under the muscle, natrelle soft touch. Once we decided the type and size of the implant I went to talk to another nurse about financing options, price, and potentially setting up a date for surgery. I haven't set the date yet because I need to save up a $500 deposit to hold the date. I am thinking I will have that in a couple weeks and then my date will be set! I am super excited for my surgery! I am definitely going to have Dr. Hubbard as my doctor.

5 weeks til!!!
So, as you can see by the title it is only 5 weeks until my surgery date! I am extremely excited!!! I’ve had a few negative Nancys telling me that I’m going to regret my decision, but I am doing this for me, just like many others. I’m not doing this for my boyfriend, I’m not ashamed of how I look now. This is just something I want to do and I’m going to do it! The date is approaching so so fast! Sept 18 is my pre op date! What should I expect? Also, I am very nervous about going under anesthesia. I’ve never had any sort of surgery so I am anxious.

Hey there! I hit my year mark on 5/23/17 I got 375cc silicone HP mentors incision under breast fold. I was FLAT before hand wore a 32A but they never fit right. Hated not having breasts. I was actually blessed w my husband and my mom being super supportive. I did it for all of the right reasons, for myself. I know that's cheesy but not having breasts really did something to my self esteem. Just felt like a lil girl instead of womanly. I LOVE my new boobs! I didn't want something huge and ridiculous. Just what I felt I shoulda been dealt! Haha I now wear a 32D/DD in Victoria Secret bras. That's really all I wear. As far as the surgery. Mine went super smooth. Arrived early 6am, took me back(husband and mom where allowed to be there as well) they did a pregnancy test, took my weight, I took some medicine, received my IV the nurse, anesthesiologist, and my Dr came in spoke w me about what was going to happen and answered any and all questions & I even changed my mind last min on what size I wanted. :) I walked back to the room and hopped on the table, they do strap ur arms down which is a strange feeling but it's so u don't try to roll or turn while under. Then she put a mask w oxygen over my face then switched it to the nitey-night stuff told me to take 3 deep breaths I remember getting to two! Lol then I woke up in the room I was originally in before I went to the OR. I took going under really well no sickness afterwards

Omg! Thank you so so much for all of that information. You make everything sound so simple! I don’t even know why I was nervous to begin with! It is 13 days till my pre-op and 29 days till my actual surgery. The date is coming up quick, but I just want it to be here already! I am lucky to have the support of my mom any boyfriend as well! It just seems that everyone else has their own ideas of how my body should look. I am doing this for me so no matter what nothing will change my mind! I am so grateful to have people on this app for that extra support! So now that you’re a year in, what is it like? Do you wear bras? I have this strange idea that I won’t have to wear a bra lol

Girl u won't have to wear a bra if u don't want too! It's wonderful, perky breast all day everyday! LOL I do wear bras when I'm out n about.... but as soon as I walk in the door and on weekend, what's a bra?! Love being able to wear lightly lined or no lining bras! It's amazing! Haha I actually forget what it's like not to have boobs they feel like mine! No one can tell or has said a THING about my boobs. I always wore padded bras before anyways.. didn't tell anyone besides real self ladies, mom, husband and my daughter. No one else's business. Besides they aren't paying for them! Haha I'm gonna keep following ur story! Good luck keep us posted.. any questions or concerns please let me know! Happy to help! :)
