I must say I am totally satisfied. I still have 2 small hard and bruised areas. I have minimal to almost no swelling. I am still wearing my garment 12 hours a day until I'm exactly 3 months, which; is 1 week form now. I work out 4 to 6 days a week and I have lost a total of 11lbs since the surgery. The surgery gave me alot of confidence and motivation. This will be my last update so feel free to comment or ask questions.

I still wear my garment 12 hrs a day and work out 4 to 5 times a week. I have very minimal soreness more specifically mid to lower abdomin. I have minimal swelling in the evening mostly after I've been active all day. I am still a satisfied client!!
3 week update
Ok so it has been 3 weeks (21 days) since I've had my procedure and I'm loving my results. My 3rd day was the hardest; I guess because the numbing and meds wore off but it has been a downhill battle from there. I was a little discouraged at first due to all the swelling, however; Each week the results got better. I am still swollen but very satisfied. My money was well spent.

Ms Debbie is the nurse whom I had most of my encounters. She was very nice and she made me feel comfortable as I was extremely nervous. Dr. Baker took his time and asked me was I ok throughout the entire time. I felt a pinch here and there but my whole procedure seem like it was over so quickly. I am swollen, however; I can definitely see a difference. I just can't wait to see the end results.
