I've always been a small cup size 36A-B and my breasts and nipples were a little saggy after nursing a baby many, many years ago. After researching breast augmentation surgery for years, I finally decided to do it. I visited several plastic surgeons in Austin, TX but decided to have the surgery done by Dr. Hubbard in Dallas, TX. Dr. Hubbard and his staff are really fantastic. He spent a lot of time with me discussing my concerns, size options, etc. One of the PS's that I met with in Austin suggested 450cc implants. Dr. Hubbard indicated that while my frame would allow for that size, he was concerned that it might make me look heavy. I really appreciated his frankness because I didn't want to look artificial and overdone or like I gained an extra 10 pounds!

So, what size did you go with? Did you end up going less than 450 cc?

I went with 450 in one and 425 in the other as my originals were a little lopsided

Which one is 450 and 425. Did you lollipop lift both sides? Just had mines today with dr Hubbard. In the initial ugh phase he said I would have since only one needed a lift. He said trust me which I’m trying hard to do lol

Breasts feel pretty hard. I found out that I'm allergic to narcotic pain killers so I'm on my own with Advil. I am hoping the firmness subsides soon. I am hoping that it's not capsular contracture ????
