I went in to talk to Dr. Burns about my hooded eyes. I thought if he removed a bit of skin from each upper eyelid, I'd be golden. He suggested I needed nothing seriously, but if I really wanted to fix the issue, I'd need a brow lift to even the sagging brow (which affected one side more than the other). After a few weeks, I agreed and took the plunge. I couldn't be happier. I went back to work after 2 weeks. Results have continued to improve over the 11 months. Excellent surgeon. Confident, not pushy. Will not overdo the work and prefers subtle to dramatic change. Perfect for me.

No headaches really. Yes to the numbness. Almost a year later, I wonder if it ever completely goes away.

I had eyelid surgery and it's 3 years later and my numbness finally went away but sometimes feels weird where I was cut at. Did you lose any hair? When he does open, does he still put the biodegradable hook/endotine screw inside? I'm glad to hear about not much headaches.

You look great I will also have upper bleph and brow lift did you have local or general anesthetic? Recovery only 2 weeks that's great. Did you have staples put in?

It was general anesthesia. In at 6am, procedure for a couple hours. Spent the day/night recovering then home the next morning!! Back at work the 3rd week after!

Thx Loveblucars surgery done tomorrow is 2 weeks post going to remove the last 3 staples... The front part of my head feels numb ... No complaints just the surgery went well with little bruising...
I did get a headache here and there but I usually get them.. So I guess as you mentioned you continue to heal throughout the coming months .. Thx for your reply..
