So yesterday marked 1wk since I had the surgery. And I'm doing just fine, I'm still sore and swollen but I've been working since the Saturday of the same wk I got my surgery. I wouldn't recommend you rush back take as much time to relax as you can but I couldn't BC of personal reasons. I would say the most uncomfortable thing right now is the 24 hr garment. I been having to wash and dry it almost everyday and its getting small and hurting the crease between my leg and my stomach. I'm still super happy with my results and can't wait to see what I look like in a month.
This is Amazing Day 2
So I woke up this morning sore. But nothing like I thought I would actually feel. The pain today is comparable to if you did a super workout on your abs and their sore. Iv been moving around the house but still taking it easy. The most pain I had today was trying to get the compression garment off and on when shower time came.
Omg when I got it off I was amazed at how flat my stomach was already and I'm swollen. So I can't wait for the swelling to go down. Dr Thomas Baker got ya girl snatched. Yeeessss!!! Another thing I noticed was my weight, I was between 165-170. I got on the scale today and it said 159 ????. Im to happy. I tried on all my clothes today and I can't wait to go shopping once I'm not swollen and sore. I should have done this a loooonnngg time ago. ????

Hey ladies!!! Okay so I finally got the balls to get smart lipo. This has been something I've wanted to do for some time now but money was an issue. So I found a company called care credit (survey credit card), to get a loan to get the surgery done. I am very happy about that plus they have a payment plan to pay for it.... So I went to American lipo centers of america in Dallas last week and paid the money and got my pre op instructions and showed them the areas I needed removed. Ms. Debbie and Dr Thomas baker made me feel real comfortable.
So the day of I had a light breakfast wore some old close and headed out the door. Then I patiently waited my turn. I took my mom with me for support plus she had questions. So then I took my pills to start the numming process and while we did that we decided to pray and ms Debbie actually prayed with us. I was impressed that she did that, and BC she did I felt more comfortable bc I was nervous honestly.
So the actual procedure... They lay you on the table and start filling your tummy numing solution and out of everything the numing process was the worest. This part kinda hurts but it tolerable. Ms Debbie held my hand during this part and I really appreciate her for that, cuz I needed it. But once that part was over it was smooth sailing from there.
Now I'm home and I thought I would feel like [RS bleep] and not be able to do anything. But I'm actually up walking around and talking to my family. But this is just day 1. So we will see how day 2and 3 go. Updats shortly. I'm going Ro post my body before the lipo and me now with the garment on.
