I would caution about using Dr Sandefer for fat transfers. He did a fat transfer under my eyes and because it was not placed deep enough I have a yellow circle under one eye, even now 2 yrs later it will not go away So I will seek resolution elsewhere He is a very nice Dr but because this spot is do bright I am self conscience about my eyes, always want to keep my glasses on do people won't ask me what happened

I am so sorry for your poor result with fat transfer to your lower eyes. It is a good reminder that even plastic surgeons with great reviews on Real Self (or elsewhere) may not be experts in specific procedures. I thought about fat transfer below my eyes, and if I ever do it I think I will see an occultist - an eye expert. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Good luck with your revision.

The best fat graft Doctor in Dallas is Dr. Hunt G Neurohr , http://www.drneurohr.com/ I had my eyes done 15 years ago and my whole face just last week ...eyes, temples cheeks and he micro lipo suctioned the fat out from under my chin bc I had a mini double chin starting. He does great work and I highly recommend him.

Looks like perhaps the fat transfer was placed too shallowly. Yellow is a natural color of fat. Wondering if a tiny bit of Kybella might dissolve this under-eye spot; mightn't you then get some filler there, to see if that helps? Good luck. I think it is not as bad as it feels to you. But I, too, would be very upset.
