Started out as a 32 A and now I am a 32D and I LOVE it!!! I was afraid they would be too big and fake looking but they seem to be the perfect fit for my body. Right after surgery they were sitting very high and hard so I was a freaking out just a little but i am 5 months post op now and they have since softened and dropped as dr ver halen assured me they would. They are very natural looking and exactly the look I was going for. I am so glad now that I decided to go throug with the surgery and that I chose dr ver halen. I did silicone under the muscle with the incision in armpit so scars are in the crease and almost invisible now. I look thinner and feel 100% more confident. BEST thing I ever did for myself!
