So I am writing this review, because.. well,...

So I am writing this review, because.. well, because of a thousand reasons!
1. Realself really helped me researching this procedure - I want to give something back!
2. Fat Transfer to Breast is still a more unfamous procedure in comparison to implants
3. I hope to make FT more famous, if I will turn out with a desired result
4. There are almost no reviews about procedures done in germany.. So I really want to represent one :)
5 .... and so on :)
So I am 25 years old and I always wanted bigger breasts! I really love to dress feminine and sexy. But I hated to always wear a push up bra. And without a bra it was, well, frustrating. ;( Also I have a bigger butt, so I always desired a balance to my small breasts. Of course I first researched Implants. But from the very beginning I had a bad feeling about this. Alone the thought, that your body builds a capsule around your implant, to PROTECT you from your implants made me think about the wholesomeness of implants. I also didn't like the unnatural result. In my opinion implants always look fake when naked. In clothes they look awesome, but without a bra, its almost more like a half balloon put on your chest.
I researched more and more and finally came to "Breast Implant Illness". And even if I would not get that illness, I still think that I do not want to promote and invest in something, that is making so many girls ill without warning in advance and with the constand fear of also getting ill. So implants are a big NO GO for me and I really hope, that my result turns out great, to make Fat Transfer to Breasts more popular. Especially here in Germany, where you always get told, that you do not have enough fat, that the fat does not last and so on. I just could not be friendy with those sentences, so I researched again and came accross the US-Results of Fat Transfer, especially the results of Dr. Bednar, Khouri, Coleman and Burns. And BOOOOOOM! That was it. I saw, that fat transfer CAN last, that you are not TOO thin with a 19 BMI. Fat Transfer seems a very good alternative to implants in the US.
So I thought about flying to the US, but I had no good feeling about this, because of a 9h flight just two weeks after the procedure. The jetleg, the stress.. so far away from home. I thought that this can't be that good in terms of fat retention. So I researched again - this time for a surgeon in germany. I didn't want to accept, that you only get good results in the US and I really hope that I am right with this. I came accross an advertisment from Dr. Atila, from Dusseldorf in Germany. It was an advertisment about the Fat Transfer to Breast procedure. The result fo the girl was awesome. She retained one full cup size and even had a lift, too. Immediately I contacted her and even after 7 month and weight loss, she is very happy with her one cup increase and lipo sides.
So somehow I automatically thought, that this may be "my man". I researched again and saw, that he oftes does BBL and works also with PRP. He is just 20minutes away from my home. So I made an appointment with him for a consultation. The consultation was awesome. I had a 19 BMI when he first saw me and he said, that 300cc per breast would be possible (54 kg to 167cm). I way really at my lowest, as I am also very athletic and have a lot of muscles, my fat % was not high. So the appointment went greast, he explained everything to me and his technique is very smiliar to the ones from the US, which made me very happy.
So as I always dreamt of having big breasts, having a german surgeon, who thinks to get enough fat from me.. I just wanted to make this surgery.
Before the procedure I gained 4-5 kg. I just wanted to gain more like 3-4, but well... ^^ So I ended up with 58/59kg. He didn't tell me that I need to gain weight. I just thought it would be helpful, as my brasts also get bigger through weight gain and then there is more tissue, which can help with fat retention. Also it can improve the lipo results. In the end he was able to transfer 400cc of pure fat to each breast together with like 6cc of PRP.
I will write further about the days after surgery and so on. But for now I have written enough and I will explicate in the next days :) Attached are the before picture and the after picture of 2 weeks.

Surgery Day - till two weeks Post-Op
Libella33March 12, 2018
First: Do you guys know how to edit a post already made? Cause I really got a lot more to tell and want to correct some mistakes from my first post. Somehow I can't find a way to edit my texts?! Do you know something about this?
Some general informations (before/at surgeryday):
heigh: 167cm / 5'6''
weight: 58-59/129lbs
Underbust: 74,5cm (29 inch)
Bust: 87cm (34inch)
Waist: 66cm (25inch)
A/B Cup
Dr. Atila took the fat from inner and back of thighs, hips, waist and knees with the PAL method :)
Two weeks after:
Bust: 93,5cm (37inch)
Waist: 65,5cm (25inch)
Just gonna insert my comment from another page right after surgery:
I did it! ???????????? Surgery is over and I am still alive ???????? Today 2nd Day & I feel alive again :D I got 400cc of only pure fat (!) per breast ???????????? I am SO happy about this, as he thought only 350 would be possible. I am 5'6'' and athletic 129 pounds (normally more like 120 ^^) Also he added PRP to the fat & I never had any breast surgery before. :)
I feel like a granny and cant walk that well :( My legs hurt really a lot.. :( I underestimitated the pain of the lipo a little bit . . :/ but my breast feels fine! The first time I went for the toilette, I totally pissed myself and the garmet ???????????? So prepare for a good solution of that .. ????
But overall I am very proud that I made this step and now I pray for as much retention as possible.. ????
EDIT: 24h later I switched now to the way more comfy genie bra and took the Chance of doing a first before / After ???? they are so swollen, its funny how huge they look right now ????????
Just to give some more info about surgery day:
I had a flu one week before surgery, I was soo annoyed about that, but fortunately I got better soon. Nevertheless I still had some kind of sniff at surgery day. I was so happy, that I did not had to cancel the surgery because of this. Also I was the last patient of Atila on that day, so my surgery started only at 5:30pm. Oh my gosh, I really hated that. :( I was very scared, that Dr. Atila was already too tired to make me more beautiful :D But immediately after I saw him and he painted my body (lol), I felt great again, as he totally seemed very attentively and awake to me :D God bless! So if you have a little sniff at surgery day or are the last person on the operation table - don't be worried, everything will be fine with a good surgeon! :) After surgery I funnily enough had no sniff anymore..
Lets get further in time: The first days were rough, like seriously. The first 4 days were the worst. I really could not walk - even moving - was so painful. I could do nearly nothing without help. Especially getting up after sitting or laying was awful. The pain is like stiffness, soreness and .. well. Its hard to describe it. Some say its like a hard workout. But I think its more like getting hit by a truck ! :D Additionally I got a rash after three days of surgery. :( I must have been allergic to something, but I really dont know to what, as I was fine after surgery. My surgeon wrote me, that this is nothing to be too worried about and said if it gets worse, I need to call him again (it was the weekend!) Fortunately the rash went away after 3 more days. Maybe it was just my Body detoxing from all the medication.
The first time I saw my boobies at 2nd day I was a little shocked, because they were soooo huge, stiff and in a weird shape. It looked deformed. Please don't worry about this. After 1 week it will look waaay better! :)
Even if I was in a lot of pain, I tried to walk and move as much as possible, as it really helps with the pain. So please don't only lay around! Try to get you move! :) I must say that I am absolutely thankful for the help of my boyfriend. I think it is much more harder to go through this alone! He helped me showering after the first 3 days and it was such a release :) I showered with the garmet on, which wasn't that nice. The next time I showered was after 5 days and I didn't need help this time and could shower without the garmet. That was very nice. Although it was a little difficult to wash my hair, as raising arms is also a little bit painful..
Also - as already written - prepare for a solution to pee. It is extremly difficult to pee after surgery. The first time I completely .... myself, it was so embarassing !!!! :( My solution was a plastic cup to hold below and pee in it. That way it finally went really well :)
The pain was way better after 6 days and on the 9th day I left the house for the first time. I could have already worked again from now on (desk job). But still I walked really weird. But I tried to hide it, successfully :) the 2nd week was very boring, because I was more and more able to move but I didn't want to do much, as I think its best to not walk a lot, as every step is a little vibration for your precious new breasts :D
I wear my garmet 24/7 for like 4-6 weeks and I wear a Genie Bra in XXL, when I am at home and a Genie Bra in XL when I am outside (more support).
I went back to work after 2 weeks and that was perfectly fine. After 10 days I could sit again without pain.
What I take as supplements for hopefully good retention for the first 2-4 weeks:
- Alfalfa, barley and wheatgrass
- Vitamins (A-Z) / NO Vit E + D for 2 weeks
- Cellfood
- Arginine
- Protein Shake
- Q10
-> All those help with creating nitric oxide, which can possibly higher the chance of creating more blood vessels (because of more oxygen!), therefore I try to eat food high in Arginine, Citrullin and Nitrit! I try to avoid "anti-angiogenesis" food. You can find a list of foods like this, when you google "Anti-angiogenesis food". These foods may (!) prevent your body from building more blood vessels. But all of this is not scientifically proven. But as I really want to do anything right, I really try to do anything for a better outcome.
Also I avoid drinking alcohol/smoking for 3 month. I will begin with little workouts again after 2 month. As I am very active and love my power sports I do miss my sports already a lot. I feel awful bloated and swollen and so much fatter :( I may have also gained pounds after surgery now, because of moving less and eating a lot (boredom..). But if you once pay so much money and invest in such a great thing (psychologically and physiologically) , I may need to renounce some things, like feeling sexy slim :/ Maybe I should have not eaten THAT much before surgey.. But, well.
So now its 2 weeks and some days and I feel so good again. Sometimes sitting hurts again, sometimes the breast feels itchy or like pulling/poking... But in a nutshell I really feel better everyday. But what I really want to mention is the emotional roller coaster.
Right after surgery my measurement of the bust was 95cm, after 2 weeks it is at 93,5. I really loved having 95cm haha :) And I am everyday worried about losing too much fat. I really have to say, that this is really bothering me and I try to find a way to handle it. Maybe I really should only measure them once a week, so that I dont get too attached with those numbers :/ As fat really does not give you as much projection as implants, I guess numbers are either way no good scale for comparing?! I already feel, like the fat finds its way more and more to all the places of my breast tissue. They dont feel that pointed out anymore and instead more like a nice, full and round breast...
I already wrote that much again ... I think pictures always say a lot more than words. So I will just give you those 2 week liposide pics. I am really happy about them and I would love to stay with those results :D But I know, that everything will get even smaller, unfortunately also the boobies. My waist already got smaller and especially my inner thighs! That is so awesome, as I really hoped for a smaller waist through Lipo :)
So I am really thrilled with my results now. I couldn't be luckier. My surgeon really did a great job till now and I am sooooo happy about his work. He is so nice and kind and you can always ask him anything! I totally recommend him.
But I know, that I still have to go a long way for my final result and that's why I don't want to be in too high spirits already.. Please pray with me for sticky fat and I hope that my review helps you getting better prepared or informed about that kind of surgery. All the best wishes! :)

I forgot: my boyfriend massages my legs since the first day of week 2, everyday for like 10 minutes to prevent bumps, etc :)

Is it outpatient sir or do you stay at the clinic overnight for this procedure?

.... So I want to mention one more thing: I tolerated the anesthesia really well, but I had awful shivers right after :/ I shivered that much that I was scared to harm the fat ^^ Otherwise I felt good after surgery.
Also I want to mention, that my boyfriend massages my legs since day 7 every day for like 10 minutes, to prevent bumps, etc :) It hurts a bit but on the same time it is very relaxing :) I will start dry brushing and foam rolling at week three I guess :)
I will sleep on my back for the next week, at week 3 I think I am going to sleep carefully on my side again .. That will be awesome :D Best wishes :)

Wow your results are amazing!! I've been wanting bigger breast for a very long time, always thought about silicones. But are afraid for the unnatural look, and then came across Dr.bednar but since I live in Norway the whole journey would cost too much.. I thank you so much for this review, finally somebody that lives not too far away that are able to give such beautiful results! Good luck to your recovery, im excited to see the end results
