I had noticed an increase in sagging over past two years. Especially on my left eye. I looked sad when I wasn't. I knew it had to be done so I thought better sooner than later. I researched Europe, and as I had a friend with an apartment in Prague I looked there. I contacted previous patients of various surgeons, and emailed Dr Singarova's office alot.
I loved what I saw of her previous work. Conservative and so neat. She was honest and explained possible issues. Told me that the slight asymmetry I already had would not be corrected but that she would be able to minimise it.
I am amazed at how good already look and I had no pain! Had local anesthetic, do not remember a thing. Lots of ice packs soothed any irritation. Dr Singarova looks at my daily pictures and gives me advice and feedback.
Cannot praise this Dr and the Clinic highly enough.

Very red, and a bruise developed on right eyelid.

Very red eyelids four weeks post op. Allergy but no idea to what.

Used nothing but water to sooth for four days. Sunglasses only to protect from light.

Perhaps you should check with your regular eye doctor to have an evaluation, especially since you have developed a bruise on your eye lid.

Thank you. Problem is she is in Czech Republic and I am in UK now. I have sent lots pf photos.
Suggestion is it is an allergy. Stop using any ointments. I have not got six days now.

hydeeb, I did realize your surgeon was located in the Czech Republic and you are located in the UK. I don't find fault with your surgeon as it does appear she has been very willing to work with you on this problem. If I understand you correctly you have not used any ointment for the past 6 days and apparently you don't see any improvement. If it was me I'd have one of your local eye doctors there in the UK do an exam to verify you don't have something else going on with your eye. Just me 2 cents worth, I know how frustrating this must be for you. I wish you the best.

Would love an update when you get a chance! My eyelids stayed red for quite some time (at least three months post op). I'm four months out now and they are starting to simmer down. I hope recovery is going well for you!
