Latest, 8 weeks post op.

Thrilled. All calmed down, stil some l swelling to go, but can see a big improvement. Am using a hydrating gel at night mainly, as I don't want to rub them and pollen is high here at the moment

Very red eyelids four weeks post op. Allergy but no idea to what.
Used nothing but water to sooth for four days. Sunglasses only to protect from light.

Perhaps you should check with your regular eye doctor to have an evaluation, especially since you have developed a bruise on your eye lid.
Thank you. Problem is she is in Czech Republic and I am in UK now. I have sent lots pf photos.
Suggestion is it is an allergy. Stop using any ointments. I have not got six days now.

hydeeb, I did realize your surgeon was located in the Czech Republic and you are located in the UK. I don't find fault with your surgeon as it does appear she has been very willing to work with you on this problem. If I understand you correctly you have not used any ointment for the past 6 days and apparently you don't see any improvement. If it was me I'd have one of your local eye doctors there in the UK do an exam to verify you don't have something else going on with your eye. Just me 2 cents worth, I know how frustrating this must be for you. I wish you the best.

A reaction to factor 50 sun block.
Stopped all lotions and potions. Settled down and now a bit of a vasaline to massage x

Would love an update when you get a chance! My eyelids stayed red for quite some time (at least three months post op). I'm four months out now and they are starting to simmer down. I hope recovery is going well for you!
Will take a photo. Much better now. Swelling gone down a lot.

Think something is wrong.
Very red, and a bruise developed on right eyelid.
