I had been suffering from a painful (infected) cyst and a few providers hadn't taken my concerns seriously and left me feeling disheartened. From the first phone call to my last check up, Dr. K and his amazing team heard me, gave me the best care, treated me with kindness and individualized care. My family and I truly appreciate your professionalism, empathy and dedication. They even allowed my two year old, to come to office during one of my check ups and show my mother how to change my dressing and care for the incision site. I didn't go for an elective surgery, but one of urgent need of medical care. I witnessed first hand how much Dr. K cares and attends to every detail. I am sure he treats every patient and case, the same way. So grateful for him and his team.
