I had the revision rhinoplasty because of a not-so-good result from a previous rhinoplasty years ago. I was dreading getting it done because a previous doctor scared me off by telling me the surgery would be costly as well as extremely difficult to perform. As it turned out the entire process went quite smoothly and was relatively painless.
