I had consults with a number of doctors in the area. Dr. Lay gave me a very clear and what I felt was an honest description of my healing process. He also had several examples of different types of asian eyelids he had operated on and why he did what he did for each one. After surgery Dr. Lay was available for all my questions and kept close follow up. He and his staff were very professional. My appointments did occasionally run a little late.
