Looking great. I loved Radiesse, but Sculptra is even better and longer lasting. Check it out. I've been using it for two years. I am 58 and my picture is not photoshopped.

You definitely look fantastic. Doesn't the Sculptra take a long time to take affect? I'm probably going to do the permanent Bellafill next time.

Sculptra is given in a series of injections--one syringe per visit-usually over a period of one shot every 6 month and the results get better and better because it actually rebuilds your own collagen. I tried Artefil for a couple of acne scars and the filler migrated a bit over time and created a weird lump that I had to have dissolved. I would avoid the permanent fillers . You are too young for that. The rep for Artefil told me that the permanent fillers are better for people over 65-70 who can't or don't want to undergo a facelift. From the results I have seen, those permanent fillers are rather "heavy" and can weigh down the cheeks over time, unlike Radiesse of Sculptra which stimulate regrowth in your own cells--Sculptra more than Radiesse. Sculptra is more expensive for sure but the results are much longer lasting than anything I have tried. Best of luck with your fillers. You look really good!

How long did it take for you to see results from Sculptra? I have tried Radiesse many times and it has lasted no longer than 2 months for me - which is not only very expensive, but disappointing. I had Sculptra once, but didn't go back for the second series of injections (probably a mistake.) I am now considering Sculptra again and/or Voluma. I understood that Voluma is more for the mid face area and cheek lifting, while Sculptra is really for the lower area of the face to fill in volume. Any thoughts?

I love it all but your correct, it's a very expensive treatment. You look gorgeous and good luck with the Bella fill....please keep us posted as I am also interested in this product too. Thank You!! Terri

3 days after 2nd syringe injection
The second syringe seems to have been what I needed. The swelling is completely gone and it still looks really good! I will do another update in a week or so.

I hate to sound like a broken record, but it's amazing! Those smile lines are completely gone!

No problem! Yeah, that second syringe really stuck a lot better than the first one.

Great!! This procedure is so easy but you really have to go to a very experienced provider-preferably a plastic surgeon . I had a lot of liposuction and breast implants done this year too and believe me this procedure was absolutely painless compared to that. The nice thing about the Radiesse is that since it is thicker, one syringe of it is the same as two of the hyraulanic fillers.
