WORTH IT$20,000
Quite a few years ago I made the choice to lose weight, through a ketogenic diet and a lot of exercise. I lost well over 100 pounds and decided to undergo skin removal surgery. One of the things I was left with was a very flat butt. All of the squats and hip thrusts in the world would not give me one. I had a butt implant placed a couple years ago, which helped, but did not solve my unilateral gluteal hypoplasia. I needed not only a thigh lift but a butt lift as well. I have read enough reviews on here to know that many of you are having the same issue where as you have a square butt, fullness on the top and a flat lower pole. I had a groin Thigh lift, inferior buttock lift and liposuction to the flanks, stomach and inner knees, no drains. I am posting photos of my preop and two weeks post op. I will be seeing Dr. Hughes again next month and will post more post op photos as I heal. In order to heal properly, I'm not taking pictures daily on my journey because I don't want to jeopardize my results and create any openings. I am eating 100 g of protein daily along with an additional thousand milligrams of vitamin C staying on my stomach 24/7, except to get up for the normal things such as, bathroom eating and stretching. I still have a lot of swelling to resolve which will take up to six months. Every day gets better it's not an easy recovery but it's well worth it!
Please feel free to ask any questions, I am happy to help! I will be seeing Dr. Hughes for a second and final surgery to revise previous breast implants and change the position of my current butt implants and or replace with a new ones. Then once I am healed. I will be back in the gym to maintain my great results and continue my journey to being healthy and fit.

Hey--ok, I am going to tell you something no one told me---massage your knees and legs--I had the thigh lift 11 months ago. I was rather small to start with but I had loose skin between thighs. Everything looks great EXCEPT I now have pockets of fat and water on my lower legs and around my knees. My knee did not appear like this before and my doctor did a great job I just think it is something that can happen. I had no drains either. The fluid from the llft caused some mild edema in my legs--I may have to have lipo later to fix it. IF I had of been aware in the beginning I would have had lymphatic massage...So, I want you to watch that close. You look great! XO

Thank you so much for the great advice. I read about lymphatic massage but was so scared to do anything not mentioned by Dr, Hughes. I am healing well my left leg is the slow healer. I still have groin and upper thigh swelling. How do you do lymphatic massage on yourself? @ 1sassygi

Truthfully, I just vigorous massage my legs---but I am going to go in for a revision. he did a great job but I think lipo would remove the fluid build up in my legs. IT is a couple of noticeable pockets so I wanted you to be aware. Also, a lot of spa employees offer lymph massage so you may want to check them out.

Well I am still alive here! It's been a tough recovery having to be on my stomach for almost 3 weeks. Started to lay on my sides the last three days which has helped! As you can see still pretty swollen and bruised and a bit lumpy, but healing well and - knock on wood no openings! In another week, hopefully I will be in the clear for that happening. Been following Dr. Hughes orders and driving him crazy emailing him with questions. Thankfully, he is one of the few surgeons that always, always responds and expeditiously I might add! I am still very tight and will not even try and sit until next weekend. My groin incisions are gonna be the death of me as they are healing slower. I go back to work Monday ( for 3 days) and I will stand all day and get a ride to work. It is going to be the week from hell!! I love my results and cannot wait to go back in a couple months and have Dr. Hughes plump up my ass and revise my breast augmentation! Feel free to ask questions if you are considering this journey!

Such a remarkable difference so happy for you. when you are able, can you take a photo from the back standing? So are you going to get new butt implants? So happy for you and hope your work goes well.

Thank you so much! I am not sure yet, I think he will know once he gets in there, either that or reposition what I have. I wish I had fat for a bbl, but I had very little. I sooo need projection. I feel like I should of had a round one,but what do I know lol!! Whatever I get I am confident Dr. Hughes will give me the ass of my dreams! I am not looking for perfection since I am in my 50's but we all want a plump ass !!I'll post a couple more photos for you! Just call me naked & afraid lol never posted body pics like this eekkk!

Lol well you are looking great and should be showing it off! What size do you have? I know fir sure the aart give more projection I love my projection and I think the 548 cc would have probably covered the entire butt. But I know Dr. Hughes doesn't like to give that big either when I first consulted him about but I'm plants he recommended in the 300s I think he's just conservative that when that's understandable
March 26, 2017
Thanks! Believe it or not I have 600cc Ovals. He knows they're that size and knows I either want to go bigger or round or reposition mine. whatever it takes to get me the projection that I want. Mine art not ARRT they are Spectrum . I heard the AART are way better and more natural. I wonder if he uses AART

March 26, 2017
I have the aart's yah I dknt thknk stantons ovals give enough projection but I would ask hughes what brand he uses in case you sk replace them and you should be able to do the rounds now. How is the healing fir the butt crease? That is the only thing I'm worried about with the surgery is the downtime abdctkne it takes to heal. Under which is harder the butt implants or the butt lift in the crease
March 26, 2017
Honestly the butt crease incisions are healing great. The only thing I have trouble with on that end ha ha Ha is I'm really tight which is perfectly normal. The groin incisions are healing much slower driving me nuts. I think its because of the location, if you know what I mean. So if Dr. Hughes just did an inferior butt lift on you, it's a breeze. I think the butt implant and butt lift are the same recovery at least for me. I'm glad I'm doing the surgeries in steps more expensive but easier and much safer healing.
Question for you and anyone: so I return to work Monday I wear scrubs I can't figure out what to wear so that the elastic from my underwear isn't dinging in my groin incision. I put a thin maxi pad in there and it digs in, I even have the dreaded granny panties. Seems like the only thing that works is taping 6 x 6 pads over the groin incisions, incredibly uncomfortable!! I have to keep the groin incisions dry so they will heal and not open on me. Ughhhh!!

Hi Happy, I just consulted with Dr Hughes yesterday and can say for sure he uses implantech rounds only. I also have implants that are rather hard and visible and unfortunatly I also have the hanging rolls below. The doctor suggested the same fix as you...the lower butt lift. I am very worried about the scarring. I read horror stories about the scars creeping, migrating etc. Any sign of that? How do they look now? Also, I sit for my work. Do you think 3 weeks is enough time off? Do you live locally in LA? I'm thinking about the plane ride and how long I would have to stay. You look wonderful BTW! :)

From what I understand these inner thigh lives are usually very effective the first time around. Your results look really great.
