I am so disappointed that this happened to you. As patients, we pay a pretty penny to have these procedures performed. If he isn't a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, how did he get the chance to do this to you? Someone in that office or surgery room had to know he lacked the necessary credentials to perform your surgery.

Dr. Kinal is not a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon

KayBellezza
So, yesterday I go for a consultation with a new doctor for breast reconstruction and I find out the doctor who performed my breast lift and implants (Dr. Kinal) is not a board certified plastic surgeon.
Since I have capsular contracture in my left breast, I have been searching for a new doctor to perform a reconstructive surgery. My right breast doesn't have the capsule but it's saggy, the areola has stretched, and the scarring around the strokes has keyloid. I have met with 2 new doctors so far and have discovered I will need to perform a capsulectomy on the left breast and redo the lift, and redo the lift on my right breast as well.
After my consultation with the second doctor he basically told me the same thing as the 1st reconstructive doctor I met with. I went into another room and went over pricing with the surgeons assistant. We began chatting and she asked me who performed my first surgery and I told her. She began to do research because she never heard of him. Browsing the internet she then tells me "he's not a plastic surgeon, he's an MD". I thought all along the term "board certified cosmetic surgeon " was the same as "board certified plastic surgeon".

Wow I just asked the staff was he a board-certified plastic surgeon or a board certified cosmetic surgeon and the staff told me he was a license certified plastic surgeon. But when I type his name in to look up this credentials I can’t find him nowhere on the board of plastic surgeon website.

So it's been approximately 9 months since my surgery. my liposuction and fat transfer is looking better each day. I've been dieting and exercising for the past few months to maximize my results.
Unfortunately, my left breast has formed capsular contracture. It's so disappointing! Especially considering the amount of money I spent on my surgery. My left breast now looks deformed compared to my right breast.
I've contacted my doctor, and they are willing revise the left breast for the cost of my paying the anesthesia fee.
I am now exploring my options, and looking for a new plastic surgeon to perform a breast implant revision surgery.
the outcome of my breast was and is not my desired look. I plan to go with high profile silicone implants my next go round.
Overall, I am not satisfied with the work that was done. I must say, I had much higher expectations of my final look after surgery
