Wanted a tiny waist and alot of fat into my hips

Walking in for a consultation was nerve wrecking, but I got through it. Dr. Hughes seemed very nice a little cocky but that was ok. He answered all of my questions. One thing I didn't like was that every time I told him what I wanted he would put in his input and basically change what I am going for. I did not like that cause I wanted something very specific and he kept suggesting something else , hmm maybe he didn't know how to do it ? Anyways I am very open so I told him no and explained to him what I want and that if he can't do it thats fine. He said he could do and was suggesting which was fine I Guess.I live in LA so after meeting with a few I choose dr.hughes not sure why but did.My experience the day of the surgery and after was horrible. The day so the surgery I explained to him I wanted a tiny waist and to make sure he adds alot of fat into my hips I meant a lot and I also told him I want that fold you get underneath your butt like the one that kim k and nicki minaj has, I hope you ladies know what I'm talking about it's the crease the is underneath your butt and goes to your outer thigh. Anyways I explained to him how dearly I wanted that and that I wanted projection meaning fat on the upper buttocks. He nodded his head and said ok and after the surgery is when it all began.The day after I took out my shaper to take a bath. Yes I was in pain and yes I was swollen but I felt dirty so my girlfriend helped me take a shower. I understand I was swollen so I might not be able to see the results but what I couldn't understand was that if I'm swollen my hips should look big but they looked the same accept for a few places where you can tell he tried to put the fat and missed all the other areas it was so lumpy. But again I thought I should just wait.It has not been about 6.5 months and guess what no hips the few places he did put it now makes my hips look lumpy I rather have him not put fat in if he doesn't know how then make me look disfigured . I specifically explained to him how dearly I wanted the fold underneath by butt and that is also not there. As for projection you can tell he tried but didn't get far and over the butt size I gained half a inch which is horrible because others doctors patients have gained 2inches. I'm honestly so depressed right now. I have now made a consultation in Florida with dr.salama, I've seen his reviews and he can do everything I want him to do. I'm not even going to bother going back to dr.hughes ..He needs to learn from dr.salama. I've done research on how to get the fold all he had to do was place more fat at the bottom and take it all the way to the outer corner and as far as my hips go seemed like he didn't know how to make hips even for one thing and I think he doesn't know how to place fat in the hip region because I have seen many patients of his who have ugly hips no offense. I don't believe all his comments are actual patients so little have pictures. I don't believe he is the one to go to for bbl.Dr.hughes if you are reading this please learn how to make the hip region much larger for those in want for a hourglass and learn how to make the crease /fold in the bottom of the buttocks oh and let's not forget to add more fat on the top region, no one wants a droopy butt...
