BBL + Upper Arm Lipo W/Dr. Hughes. 27 Yrs, 5'2", 121 Lbs

Getting my BBL tomorrow!!! I will post before and after pictures tomorrow if I feel up to it, or later in the week when the swelling goes down. I am getting liposuction of the upper body: upper arms, stomach, anterior axilla (armpit fat), and back to make my upper body look less bulky, which I think will make a HUGE difference for me. I might also get some fat removed from my upper thighs, but not sure yet - we'll see what Dr. Hughes says. I really only want a little fat transferred to my hips and my butt - I don't want a huge butt, I want it to look natural - so I only want enough transferred to improve the shape and to maybe increase the size a tiny bit.

Made it to the other side!!! I'm so grateful I didn't die in surgery, that would have been so embarrassing for all my friends to find out I died trying to make my butt bigger. I knew everything would be fine bc Dr. Hughes has never had a death, but it was still just an irrational fear I had. I woke up SOOOO thirsty my mouth was so dry it almost hurt. I wasn't allowed to drink water yet, but the nurse brought me gauze soaked in water to suck on. When I woke up I really wasn't in any pain at all, but the extreme thirst and the dry mouth were very uncomfortable. I'm grateful I wasn't in any serious pain though! I was also shivering a lot, even though I wasn't cold because I had a heated blanket on me. The heated blanket was too much so the nurse turned off the heat for me, which made me much more comfortable. Leena, a nurse that works with Dr. Hughes patients after the surgery, took me to my AirBnB and helped me get settled in, and put pads on the bed so I can lay down without getting it bloody. I took one pain pill when I arrived back at my AirBnB. I feel fine, the only real problem is I am leaking a lot, there is blood dripping down my legs as I type this so I am standing in the kitchen because I am scared to get blood on the carpet/bed of the AirBnB. The binder is pulled pretty low in the front so I'm not sure why I am leaking so much, but I think the dressing in the front might be saturated with blood so they're just not catching anymore. Leena is coming back to the AirBnB to help me - she is sooo sweet! For any out of towners who are coming to their surgery alone and don't have anyone in LA to take care of them, I highly recommend her (: I can't take any pics yet because I can't take the binder off, but will post some as soon as I can!

Just wanted to add, I don't feel that swollen (as in no swelling on my fingers or face, which I remember some girls mentioning). He added 960 ccs to each side, and thats including the hips. My butt looks much larger than I want it right now, so I'm just hoping it goes down!
