I went at my week 2 and Olga told me to come back in 5 months.... and/or if i felt like i had fluids etc. But MissUtah recommended to go whenever i needed to. And it's true. If you need to go for whatever reason you should go. We paid too much much to be left alone after 3 weeks! Lol

Wow can't believe your doctor treats you liked that. So unprofessional of him. That shows that he really doesn't care about his patients and he's all about the money. So sad. Hope everything gets better for you doll. Take care and get plenty of rest.

I normally do not respond, but you could not be more wrong. You will not find a doctor with thousands and thousands of patients who responds to every patient email and every patient concern personally.
I do not delegate.
I answer at least a hundred emails a day for patients with concerns before and after surgery.
If there is a concern I see the patients personally.
I see patients on Saturday or Sunday who have concerns to accommodate them.
I see patients in the morning or afternoon to accommodate their schedules, not mine.
I work 7 days a week and all holidays to try to please all of my patients.
To say that I do not care about my patients is hurtful and untrue.
Maybe one day, by the grace of God, patients will truly understand that my goal is to provide the best results possible for every patient and they will appreciate my tireless efforts to achieve that goal.

Crazy as you are not healed. What's wrong with Boris cosmetics. That's very rude. Again I went for months for check ups.

Boris cosmetic:(
I wouldn't recommend that any one get work done here. After your work is done that treat you like crap. After all I spend on my work they should be professional. The staff is so unprofessional and rude. There don't set appointment correctly.Always gossiping and arguing in where you can hear them.I ask to speak manager was lie to stating no one was in the office.Couldnt go my appointment today because I was sick.Call in to reschedule was advised that my appointment wasnt even put in.If I get any other work I will going with another doctor.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Dr. Hughes is great and it's a shame that his staff makes him look bad. I think you should get specific names if they are rude to you next time and report them.

I suggest you schedule all follow ups with him. That's what I did. You will initially get some push back like he is in surgery or whatever but be persistent. I don't trust anyone else there but him

You've shared your opinion about the staff but what are your feelings about Dr Hughes?

It seems the biggest issue that you've had is with the office staff and, though my own experience was incredible in all aspects, it seems very unfair to blame Dr Hughes for the actions of staff at Boris's office.
What I do know, from personal experience, is that there is not another surgeon who cares more about each patient's well-being and outcome than Dr. Hughes. He goes so far beyond what any physician does in surgery and in aftercare and truly puts the patient first. He always listens and always finds a solution
