4th Treatment Area- love handle/sides
At 6 weeks (4-14-2019) I got my 4th treatment on the love handle-side area. The tech and I arrived at this for the next treatment area as it should pull my sides in and cinch my waist a bit more. The area was a red for about 20 min and was puffy for 2 days.
I am completely amazed at the results and will buy another pack to do more on my top and bottom stomach. I want abs! and for my arms and upper back. Now that I see the pics, of course I am totally looking at those as the next treatment areas. And with the results that I got so far…. I am now addicted. Why would anyone pay so much for CoolSculpting when you can do this for far less?
I am completely amazed at the results and will buy another pack to do more on my top and bottom stomach. I want abs! and for my arms and upper back. 5’4” 131 lbs 38years old. No kids. 32DD. Size 5 in pants. I am very active I am usually at the gym or a dance class 6 days a week. For the most part eat extremely healthy, but I have stubborn fat that just won’t go away. I will admit that I am unwilling to give up alcohol to achieve a perfect body because I still feel like I should be able to enjoy life with an adult beverage every now and then! So, it was time to get some extra help obtaining my desired physique. I am sick of muffin top effect when I wear pants and want to rid the fat from my mid-section.
I looked into CoolSculpting and the least expensive price I could find was $600 a head. With the body being symmetrical and all the different parts with multiple treatments needed even on the same areas……this would have cost a fortune! This was way out of my budget!
I found Dr. Muhammad Mirza who was offering the same cryolipolysis (Fat Freezing) technology for only $250 per treatment area! That meant if you want to do your love handles it would be $250 (as opposed to cool sculpting – cheapest would be $1200). What a deal!!!! And even greater is they have packages where you can get an even reduced price when buying a 4 pack ($800)!
The Assessment: The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They work with you to identify the best applicator size and position to get the maximum fat loss and best shape for your body. A few pinches and me describing what I hate the most, and we were off selecting the right applicators for the job. We also noticed that my body wasn’t completely symmetrical and adjusted the placement based on that. NOTE: They are all females, so I felt very comfortable when I had to maneuver my bra off. In addition, you are in your own room with a closed door.
How It Feels: A cool gel pad is placed on the area and then the applicator is applied and left for 30-60 min depending on the size. The applicators are like a strong vacuum, warm, then very cold. At first, the pressure can take your breath away depending on where the applicator is placed, but after a minute and taking a few deep breaths- you get used to it. When lying down with the applicators on the top of the stomach, there is a feeling that there is weight on top, but it is completely tolerable and is over before you know it. When the applicator comes off, the skin is very cold and sensitive to the touch. After the gel was wiped off, a cold towel is placed on the area to bring the skin back up to room temperature. Only takes the skin about 10-15min to feel normal again.
After treatment: The area was red and puffy just after the procedure. Skin turned a normal color within 30min and was puffy for 2 days. It was only slightly sensitive for about 2 hrs. After that I was fine. I have read horror stories about CoolScuplting and nerve pain and pain for weeks. I didn’t have any of that! I didn’t even bruise.
Results: Final results can take up to three months, but I saw a remarkable improvement in just 6 weeks! I will update later with more AFTER pics, but I was so excited to see results already- that I had to share!

I really don’t recommend doing more than 3 at once since it taxes your immune system clearing the dead fat cells. Prior to my appointment I abstained from alcohol and Advil for 48hrs and drank a ton of water. I think that this prevented the potential for bruising and helped with results. I felt tired after the 3 treatments and just took it easy at home and continued to drink tons of water that night and the next day.
Over the next 6weeks I noticed a gradual improvement in the way my clothes fit and was ready for my 4th treatment. I wore the exact same sports bra and pants so that I could really tell the difference with my results. I am amazed at the BEFORE and AFTER pics. In six months I could see how less flabby I am. The extra skin fold by my bra is gone. I can see an overall improvement with my stomach and the sides are notably thinner. This is so exciting! Imagine my results at 3 months!
